Review: Good supplement to my already balanced diet - So far so good. It doesn't make my urine all neon looking with a pungent smell unlike the other multis I've taken in the past 8 years. I've decided to switch and try out Centrum because it's cheaper by about $15 than the regular ones that I use. I'm not sure if it's actually effective as many people claim especially when they say it helped them get through their workouts and gives them energy. I feel about the same to be honest, but then again I don't want to have some sort of a placebo psychological mindset where "woah take this pill and your workouts/energy will be awesome". Overall, as long as it does its job of supplementing my vitamin needs, I'm happy with it. I eat a pretty well-balanced diet, workout regularly (bodybuilding and sprinter), but I feel that I'm not meeting enough of the entire recommended value of certain vitamins for my body--especially for folks who workout 6 days a week like myself. Mind you again, multivatimins supplement are meant to SUPPLEMENT what your body already has/can get. This isn't a full on replacement of "oh I can just skip vegetables, fruits, legumes, and less exposure to sunshe (aka Vitamin D) and take these!" Real food and real source is always the best go to instead of relying on pills, but overall, this product definitely helps.
