Finally, it operates very quietly and stays cool. All in all, this is an excellent HDD for the price and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a basic model. Will update if any errors occur but overall its perfect 5/5 They are affordable and I have never once had one fail on me in the 6-8 years I've been using them.

Absolutely amazing hard drive. I bought it to use it for my PS4 and it's been amazing. Purchased to use as backup drive for PS4. This is the largest you can get and still be bus powered too so it's really the winner when it comes to all USB 3.0 external drives.

I use this mainly for storing files on the move, as it is small and portable.It's been almost a year since I purchased this and it still works great!! . I even used it for awhile as my main hard drive while I was in between computers and I hardly noticed a delay in anything.

I got this in June 2017, still works great. I use it everyday. My only concern is that the cable that came with it was too short. My only concern is that the cable that came with it was too short. I had a lot of back up data on several smaller drives and bought this to keep a back up of all the back ups.
