I take two of these supplements every night. I get amazing sleep and it helps me feel my best. I've taken them for a year now and it's just part of my wellness routine.

I was having excruciating legs cramps that were increasing in frequency and duration and had been taking just calcium and magnesium by the same company. I did some research that indicated there may also be a potassium deficiency, so I ordered this combination that has all 3. That was 3 months ago and I haven't legs cramps since! Country Life is an excellent, long-standing company that I've been using for decades, so I highly recommend them anyway, but this product has made a huge difference in my life!

I see that this is a good product for those who get leg cramps at night. I don't get those, however I get them after my gym workouts in my bicep/forearms and my chest/back and or abs. This has really helped limit it to a mild cramp that is totally manageable. I take 2 of them in the AM or at least 2hrs before going to the gym.

I needed calcium plus I wanted the Magnesium for leg cramps.

These gave me heart palpitations. I didn't put two and two together for a few weeks, but it was definitely these that did it! Perhaps that means they're good quality since they may be have too much bioavailable potassium for me!
