My Blackstone gets a lot of use. A LOT as in a couple of times a day -- sometimes more. It was a mess. In spite of our best efforts, it was starting to get build up and had high spots of "seasoning" that were beginning to chip off. I researched many products and landed on this one, because I wanted something non-caustic that actually worked -- it was a bullseye. As the cleaner was hitting the hot surface of the griddle, I could immediately see the oil and dirt lifting off; it was pretty satisfying. My griddle required 4 passes because it was that dirty, and once I did the final scrape I was satisfied with how clean it was. BUT if you follow the instructions, the wet rag is where the magic happens. When I put the wet cloth on the griddle, grime that I thought was permanently fused to the griddle lifted off to the point that I can see the original grill surface. I still had to use the grill brick on the worst of the high points, but this stuff works. Reseason and you're back in business. Bonus is that the tools you use to clean the grill (and I recommend buying a set because having the proper tools makes a difference), as well as the cloths, are easy to clean and can literally be rinsed off/out, because the solution is that good. No greasy, messy cleanup with this stuff. I Just ordered another bottle so I don't run out.

I had rust on my griddle though it didn’t remove that it worked well getting all the other build up off of it. I did except it to be restaurant quality but compared to what I’ve tried in restaurants it’s a little shy did not make my griddle silver again sad about that

I have a stainless steel griddle. Whether that was the best decision I ever made or not, is of no consequence. I’ve tried everything under the sun to keep this griddle clean. Everything I’ve tried, steam, stones, scraping, all sort of kind of work a little bit. If I really wanna get the griddle cleaned, this is the only stuff that takes everything off. I’m glad I found Stera Sheen grill cleaner. I probably would’ve thrown the griddle away if I hadn’t.

Did somewhat of a good job. Didn't come with a lid luckily it did not spill. Coming without a lid must be a common problem. The stuff bubbled up like glue and smoked like crazy and left a Sticky smoke film on everything. Don't know if I will use it again.

Works very well and quick

I bought this to try on our stainless steel cooktop at work. In a busy day that flat top can get as. Lack as the one in the item preview. I didn’t have the brush he used but I did what he did. I scraped the grill, squirted a s shaped amount on it and I had a non-commercial soft stainless steel pots and pan scrubber. With in 2 minutes I had 90% off. I was worried about fumes. There wasn’t any but it did cause a vapor coming off the grill. I was going to do it a second time as it does say you might need to but I and a coworker decided it was fine. Very happy with the product it rinsed off very easily. I just need to find a handle, heat resistant scrubber to use with it. Grill is hot a rubber gloves only go so far. So it’s super easy to use, as for value guess it depends how long it takes to clean with a brick vs this product. For me this product wins hands down.

Product works well with a couple applications needed for a tougher job. Only issue is that it arrived without a lid to close it, only an inner foil seal. Impressed that it made the journey without spillage. Shout out to the Amazon packing team!
