Norpro Stainless Steel Meat Baller

I bought the combo of meatballer, The Meatball Cookbook and Chicago metallic meatball pan. Followed the "classic" recipe, loaded up the pan with the stainless steel meatballer (wonderful tool) and within the hour served up an amazing meal. Pan cleans up easily too. I highly recommend. This set up will get frequent use!Little hint, after mixing up the meatball mixture, pop it back in to the fridge or even the freezer for a few minutes.... the meat firms up and the tool works perfectly. If the mixture is too soft, it's harder to get the meatball out of the tool.

These are great but I meant to get the smaller one. I could sent it back but I hate that. It's too big for cake pops. They are nice.

Great for meatballs, but a little too big if you are going to use for cake pops. Does what it says and will definitely give you same size of meatballs, but the utensil itself doesn't feel to sturdy. With continued use and if you are a little to rough, the round part may break off.

I loved this stainless steel meat baller, but I must say that is not all I use it for! It is a fantastic tool to shape perfectly round cookies to flatten out, (If you like big cookies!) and also is a wonderful bath bomb mold. They come out just the perfect size every time. I love the fact that it is stainless steel, because I can put it through my dishwasher without fear of rusting or degrading the metal in any way! The small holes on the scoops ensure that whatever it is you are molding never gets stuck, and you always have a way to get it out! I should also note, I have small hands, and that did not affect the use of this tool at all. I would highly recommend.

Works as hoped in making meatballs. BUT! the hanle is thin and the finger holes are small. They are unfinished and have sharp edges. A little finish work on a grinder and a buffing wheel with some polish will make these what they should have been at pos.

This meatballer arrived two days ago , and I finally used it . I was totally impressed by the quality and ease of use. I did dip in ice water after I molded each ball .. Not sure why some of the bad reviews , I personally believe it may be abuse , or lack of common sense . I would recommend this and buy it again if I had to .

I used this the first time for cakepops and second time for meatballs and it broke during the 2nd use after forming only half the meatballs.

I purchased this meat baller based on other reviews and i'm so glad that I did! I actually purchased it to make bath bombs and it's absolutely the perfect size & so easy to use. I love that their are holes in either end to help force out air, and also help release the ball. They clean up so easily and I haven't had any issues with the sides becoming loose from the pressure I put on them like similar ones I've had in the past. They definitely make a good size ball, don't think meatballs you buy at the supermarket, more the size when you go out to eat & get two large meatballs with your meal.
