I've been taking this to support my thyroid and have honestly been really happy with it. It's easy to use and I feel like I've had more energy since adding it to my routine. The only downside is the smell. It is pretty strong, and if you leave the bottle out you'll definitely notice it in the room. I just keep mine in a drawer when I'm not using it and that seems to help a lot. The smell isn't a deal breaker for me though. I would definitely buy it again.

I only took 1/4 of a dose for 2 nights and both nights I became extremely dizzy and nauseous. I do wish I would have seen no returns allowed before ordering - I could have saved myself the money and trouble.
