Dual Channel TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Machine with 20 Modes, 2" and 2"x4" TENS Unit Electrode Pads

I really love this portable rechargeable tens unit. Its super easy to put on by myself and they made my neck and shoulder pain so much better. I had neck surgery 2 1/2 years ago and I have nerve damage on the left side and this little device fixes me up right. The quality is so good and it is very powerful. I feel like I can sleep better after I have around with the device on and it’s easy to move around if I want to change its position. It sticks on great without being too sticky and is easy to store in the little case. It’s a very durable little machine and it doesn’t cause irritation to my skin and I love to bring a long drives with me. It’s super relaxing and I can use it anywhere on my body. I give it a 10 out of 10 and I think everyone should try.

This unit has been extremely effective with the muscle pain in my hip and leg. I went to a PT and just couldn't resolve the issue, but the unit made a huge difference. I had to experiment with placement and how high to turn it up, but it has been great once I found the sweet spot. Unfortunately, the instructions are not clear. The booklet has about a size 4-6 font and I had to get a magnifying glass to read it. It has a lot of modes, but doesn't explain the difference of what the mode does or why use one over the other. It is small and light weight, so I plan on using it traveling. When I remove the patches, there are no marks or redness on the skin. I use it on my hip, knee, shin, and it has made it so much easier to go up stairs. I've only been using it a couple weeks, every other day for 20 min. and my pain is almost gone. I highly recommend it. There is a newer version, but it is a little larger. Battery lasts a long time in this little unit.

I've been using this AUVON TENS unit for about 3 years, and honestly, this has become one of my favorite things to keep around. I originally bought it to help with discomfort in my bicep after surgery, and it worked so well that I kept using it whenever I have muscle soreness or discomfort in different areas. This machine works. Use it with ice and heat. 🔥 This little thing gets the job done! 🔥 The 20 different modes, dual channels, and multiple pad sizes give me plenty of options depending on where I need to use it. I can adjust the intensity and find a setting that feels right for me. The larger pads are especially useful for bigger muscle areas. What really impressed me is the longevity. After three years of regular use, mine is still going strong. No complicated setup, easy controls, and it's small enough to keep in a drawer or take with me. Whenever I'm having muscle discomfort, this is one of the first things I reach for. It has become a regular part of my routine, and I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of it. 💯 3 years of use + still working great = that's a WIN in my book! I would absolutely buy this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a TENS unit. This little machine has earned its permanent spot in my house!

This is my first personal TENS machine, so I have nothing to compare it to besides the one at the chiropractor. First of all, the battery life on this thing is INCREDIBLE. I have used it for many hours, including falling asleep with it on, and the battery life is still at 3 bars. I wake up in the morning or middle of the night and turn it right back on. It's amazing. If your main concern is portability, this is a great choice, it lasts forever. I even wore it under my sweatpants to the grocery store the other day. The devise itself is smaller than a cell phone and fits easily into a pocket. That said, I am not a huge fan of the actual settings! The display shows all these different mode options, without names, only a visual representation -- rubbing hands, acupuncture-like pricks, cupping. This feels nothing like cupping. In fact, most of these settings make no sense to me and don't feel much different from each other, besides maybe the rubbing hands (longer, less intense burst) and the acupuncture setting (short, sharp bursts). Most of the settings seem very "sharp" like the acupuncture setting. Not my favorite. Granted, I am not using this for pain, I am looking for more of a massage experience to loosen tight muscles, and most of these settings are useless to me. The other thing that drives me crazy is the user experience. Every time you change modes, the intensity goes back down to 0. Every single time. It does, at least, remember your last used mode which is helpful as someone who uses this for many hours. I really don't like that there is no way to sync the 2 leads This might be great for some people who want to use different modes on different areas of the body, but I wish the bursts could at least be synchronized, especially since I am usually using all leads on the same settings. I was originally concerned that this little machine would not be strong enough, but it packs a PUNCH. I can only comfortably use this at about 50% power. Beyond that is uncomfortable for me, personally. If you need something really strong this is a great option The pads it comes with work very well through many uses (and in my case, sleeping on them) and are still sticky if properly cared for It's definitely a great value for the money, but it has its drawbacks.

when i say perfect i mean it. over the last 17 years ive used many version of these guys from the professional big rigs at physical therapy clinics to the personal use ones with batteries. although i dont like the fact it uses the old micro usb cable to charge im happy its one that does charge and doesn't need batteries. worked right out the box. i love the bigger pads the distribute the feeling a little more. helps with the massage modes and back especially. like i said ive used many of these over the years and have had multiple injuries from sports. these are life savers especially with muscle fatigue and pain around joints. the size is perfectly transportable as well. it comes with a handy bag also. for the cost especially in 2026 where everyone is raising prices i don't see myself going lower in price and getting this quality. THERE are a lot of modes and you have to cycle through all of them so if you mistakenly pick a mode then you have to click a bunch of time. another pro is the A and B side can be on 2 different modes , which i have never seen on a portable unit before. it makes for some nice sensations but be careful on the intensities.

This is beyond amazing. I've suffered with sciatica for years, and it gets worse every day. I could not even stand up without screaming in pain. I bought this TENS a month ago, but never used it. I finally tried it at level 6, and various modes, for 4 hours. I know the recommended time is 30 minutes, but I went for 4 hours because it felt so good. Right afterwards, I didn't notice any relief, but the next morning, when l got out of bed, I had Zero pain. All my Sciatica pain was gone. It's been 8 days since I used it, and about 10% of the pain is back. I think it's time for another treatment, maybe one hour this time. My doctor was encouraging me to get a surgery , where wires and a battery/monitor are implanted under my skin, in the buttocks area. But this $32 TENS is non-invasive, and a billion times better. I used 4 of the large sized electrodes, and there are no words to describe how fabulous the results are.

This is a powerful little unit. I purchased a similar option for my husband before purchasing this one. Even after reading the manual for that one, I kept forgetting how to use it because it simply wasn’t very user friendly, requiring complex sequences of buttons to do any particular action. This unit is everything that other unit wanted to be. It is small & compact, easy to carry in your pocket. The Buttons are labeled appropriately and make sense as to what button does what function. For example- the button labeled ‘T’, is used for time. (Seems simple-but you’d be surprised how many manufacturers turn a simple task into a complex sequence for the sake of aesthetics) I charged it fully when I first got it- I’ve used it several hours since then, still going strong. I like the electrode “resting” pad. A place to put your electrodes when not in use, (if you discarded that original plastic sheet) allowing them to stay clean and maintain their stickiness. That was a simple, but helpful addition to this great little product. The price is very reasonable, especially with all the little helpful components and options within the unit. It’s a great help with pain too! And that was the ultimate goal. I’m grateful to have an affordable, non-pharmacological pain management technique quickly and easily ready to use. I think you will appreciate this purchase, just as I have.

Add lower back flare-up recently to a repertoire of musculoskeletal issues, and I decided to get a TENS unit for home use. My chiro uses TENS in his physio therapy and it does wonders. This unit does not disappoint. There are many great videos with this product, well worth reviewing, esp. if you're like me and hate reading manuals. Very nice that so many people are sharing their knowledge and experiences! The manual, however, is a worthy read (Yes, I did read it :); p. 18 has a great pictorial list of all the areas the unit can target; p. 25 lists areas you should not use the unit which, to me, is a critical bit of info!; troubleshooting pp. 26-29; symbol list, p. 30. This little manual covers all of this and much more! All in all, the unit is actually very intuitive to use! Many modes to choose from, and once you decide, hold down the middle button inside the mode, timer and intensity button, to lock in your preferences. Holding this button down again will release the lock so you can make changes. A few things to note: - Set up your pads before turning on the unit, then turn off before taking off the pads. You cannot charge while the unit is in use. It will automatically shut down, a great safety feature. - Be sure your skin is clean and dry. This will prolong the life of your pads. - I found my tendency is to want to pull the pads off after use using the cord side, and this is a bad idea. Peel off from one of the opposite corners. The pads are very sticky the first use. Repeated use will eventually wear off the sticky gel backing, at which time you get a new pad. There is a plastic electric pads holder, a very nice accessory! Rather than put the pads back on the plastic, put them on this plastic holder, making sure the cord does not get under the pad. There is room to store 4 pads, front and back, or a long pad per side. This unit, unlike many others, comes with 4 large pads, a nice benefit for targeting large areas. Once you adhere the pads to the plastic holder after use, put the holder inside the plastic bag it came in. This will also prolong the life of the pads. - One nice accessory not always available, is a plug to charge using a wall socket. Easy enough to use the USB plug on your computer as well. - The unit is Not touch-screen. I prefer this! - Go slowly increasing the intensity as it can become intense quickly and cause pain if you are not used to higher levels of pulsation and massage. My first use, I only used one tick up! - I have not had the unit long enough for this, but apparently the unit holds about a 10hr charge, so it should last a good while before a charge is needed. The longest one sitting use is 60 minutes, starting with 10 minutes and settings up 10 mins at a time from there. - The unit is small, lightweight, and comes with a nice carrying pouch. I use this for a nerve compression issue (shoulder / arm). Works great. I love it. Really relieves the pain while in use. Highly recommend for lots of different issues. I recommended to a friend with piriformis issue in rear. Instantly relieves the discomfort, though doesn't solve the problem - you need physio, etc. for that. But an amazing tool for getting through the day. I'm not exaggerating, I can't live without it. Charge lasts about a week with heavy use.
