Its redesigned air bleed valve ensures smooth operation by quickly releasing air pockets. Trusted by professionals and backed by a 12-month warranty, this 14 oz capacity grease gun is engineered for efficient, reliable lubrication in demanding environments. ## Description The Utool grease gun features a short stroke for tight work areas, and the base is removable for convenience. The max working pressure is up to 8000psi, making it a cinch to inject clean grease in narrow space. Trapped air can block grease flow and cause weak or inconsistent output. If grease does not flow, bleed the air before troubleshooting other parts. Avoid trapped air during loading to ensure easier priming and consistent grease flow. Draw grease directly into the gun instead of adding it spoon by spoon. Press the bleed valve or loosen the hose connection to remove trapped air. Ensure the plunger reaches the grease and maintains pressure. High-viscosity grease may require a lever-style grease gun. Small amounts of grease residue are normal after bleeding or refilling. Continuous or excessive leakage may indicate a damaged seal or gasket. The spring may eject the empty cartridge when released. Residual pressure can lock the coupler tightly onto the grease fitting. This is a common characteristic of standard couplers. Do not force the coupler straight off. Pressure relief makes removal easier and helps reduce the risk of damage or grease spills. Unscrew the head from the barrel, pull the handle to the end, then insert the grease cartridge or fill bulk grease in. : Screw till tight. Then go back about half a turn so you can let the air out. Push down the T-handle, release the spring by pressing the tab, which pushes the grease in. : If the coupler can't be released from the connector, you can gently pull up and down or unscrew it to make it easy to remove.
