SerforyRed Light Device, Deep Red Light 660nm for Face and Skin

I've been using this for more than a month now (off and on) because I have achilles tendonitis and when I do much walking my ankles just SCREAM. When I put the light on them for about 20 minutes, I notice an immediate diminution of pain and inflammation. It's amazing. I feel like if I could just use it more consistently they'd heal faster! Also, I had a little kink in the cord which made the light flicker if I didn't hold it straight. I'm not sure what happened, but blame myself for crimping it. I wrote the company offering to buy a new cord and they immediately send me a new unit! Wonderful customer service. I bought another unit for my sister and brother-in-law. If you're looking for holiday gifts--this would be great!

I got this to help reduce fine lines on my face and I noticed my skin looking healthier after just a few uses.. It had a nice, rich red color upon arrival, but after just about a week of use (once or twice per day), the lights started looking orange ofter being on for a few minutes. They are now a pale orange after a couple of minutes of use...that doesn't seem normal. I'm disappointed. Orange light is good for skin, too, but I wanted the red.*Update: Customer service reached out and offered a full refund or to send me a new one.

All I can say is this is super bright/strong and fabulous for skin treatment. I've used cheap plant panels before.. this is SO much better.. worth every penny. I bought 2.. thinking of buying 2 more as backup.Excellent alternative to those stupidly expensive beauty masks. Buy this you will be happy.. but PLEASE wear eye protection.

I've only havd it a few days but it is nice quality and size. Comes with a long cord, nice stand and black out goggles. Looking forward to using this daily for relaxation and skin care.

This red light device looks well made. It is large, so you can cover face and neck/upper chest easily. The light is very bright, much brighter than other red light devices I tried. I am hoping to get great results with consistent use of this product

It took me for a while and it broke down. I really regret buying it.

Unit arrived in a clean, tidy shipping carton damage free. Opened package, main unit and accessories well packed together with instruction sheet. Inspected main unit and found something rattled inside. I work in the electronic industry and I opened up LED panel for an inspection, found a capacitor broke away from circuit panel, root cause is cold solder joint (see photo). Soldered capacitor back in place and unit worked normally. Unit sticker and instruction indicated unit can operate from 100V to 240VAC, however AC adapter is labelled 100-120VAC. Even though today most AC/DC adapter are designed for wide range operation. Unit is now operating with a replacement adapter . The original adapter await further test before use.

I want to tell the experience of buying this product.This product arrived before the promised date. I am very glad this product arrived earlier.before buying this product I saw the reviews of other people who have already bought this product. but I see there are only a few reviews. I doubt this product. but when I read other people's reviews about this product. how surprised I am all the very good and convincing reviews.without thinking I bought this product. because I really need it.and how surprised I was again, when the goods arrived early.I immediately rushed to try, it turns out this product is amazing. I will not be disappointed buying this product
