Great addition for Protection. Easy installation and improves the looks.

So this fits my YTH 24V54 just fine The price is a little bit more than what I wanted to pay I feel like it’s a good $75 bumper but for $97 is a little bit steep In my opinion I know it’s paying for the brand etc Anyway Pretty self-explanatory it only mounts in the two locations in the picture I have there’s two holes that lineup on each side Near the exhaust or muffler which I’m totally changing taking it to a muffler shop So I would recommend doing it when it’s not hot or even cranking it up to move it just push it so you don’t burn your hand The one thing I can alliterate is DO NOT PUT THE BOLT FACING AWAY THE ENGINE (the bolt head should be facing the inside In the thread should be sticking on the outside) Because if you do it the other way there’s no way to tighten it and the boat lineup in the square hole and it’ll help hold it when you tighten it with a socket It’s a little tedious getting the top two bolts in because of tight space but few minutes of patience and you’re good Seriously it took me probably about 30 minutes all u need a socket set Or a drill with a socket Fits my light bar perfectly because I cut grass early in the morning before the sun comes up because I don’t like to waste my weekend or time and be done before 7 o’clock so definitely worth getting if you don’t have a bumper

Perfect fit for my Husqvarna YTH18K mower. Installed in about 10 minutes. Seems well made, and a genuine Husqvarna product

This thing far exceeded my expectations! It was thick wall steel tubing and thick steel mounting brackets and is very durable. It fit like a glove and only took 10 minutes to install and it looks awesome on my Husqvarna lawn tractor. Definitely a great addition

Fit my Poulan Pro PP19A42, kind of. After install, when I opened the hood, guard would contact the hood on left side, but had 3/16" clearance on right side. I ended taking a large crescent wrench and flaring the tops of the vertical webs out a little, still have very light hood contact on left side, but not bad. Of course when I did that, some paint flaked off. Does not appear to be powder-coated. However, this is a sturdy unit, and looks nice. I JB-Welded the end caps on before install so they won't come off. I did notice that this guard has to be low to clear hood, so it will protect front end from objects less than about 16" from the ground, but not say a fence rail or wire 2' off the ground. Also, I'm guessing it only weighs about 5 lbs, so adds minimal weight to the front end.

Been clearing some pretty thick brush and small saplings. The problem I was having was the small saplings and vines were getting stuck and lodged into the muffler opening. Well, this guard is changing that! It sticks out beyond the mower far enough to knock down the saplings and brush way before the muffler. It’s solid and mounts easily to the frame. Highly recommend this for clearing brush or high grass. Update 5/18/24: Only negatives I can see are the black rubbery covers on each end. They come off pretty easy. They sell replacements but why not just make it one piece with metal instead of a cover? Who knows, it still works great and I still recommend it to anyone.

It really is just 4 bolts to install. Product is solid and fits my Husqvarna YTH22V46 perfectly. Extremely pleased

This is the same bumper you see on Husky's (sometimes) at Lowes. Funny thing is Lowes folk could not tell me why some had it and others did not?! There appear to be 2 types: a plain tube bar for about 55 or this nice appearing/fitting for a little more. It is a paint match (battleship dark gray) to current Husky products. The "ends" are a soft plastic that can come off the tube ends if they catch on something - i.e doing their job. I would check to make sure they are firmly in place with each use. The fit was exact and easy. It nicely clears the hood when you raise it. It also sticks out in front and to the sides well enough to provide a true "bumper" style protection.

Bought this to protect the front end of my new mower. This thing looks great and installed quite easily
