Well made! stylish! Very tight and Clean! You're definitely getting what you pay for.
Pleasingly graceful and stylish in appearance, simply elegant! As to be expected the shipping carton was slightly scuffed up however, Superbly packaged to the highest degree. It was cushion wrapped like a present then again wrapped with another soft padding and placed in fabric sleeve / bag. Then anchored within a custom made foam block matching the shipping box. The best of all was seeing a thin wood panel slipped in along the side of the shipping carton. Truely a symbol of grandeur, excellence and brilliance. The wood finish is like a finely crafted Steinway grand piano. No doubt this watch winder is going to last for many years.

Very disappointed
I got one of these for my birthday and was extremely excited to have a nice display for my ever- growing watch collection. Packaging: The item was nicely and securely packaged. Amazon and crew didn't damage the box and there was no noticeable gouges or major dings in the box. All very normal wear and tear on the packaging. The winder: The case is very nice. The piano finish is a very good looking and the execution for the display case is overall very upscale and pretty. The lights are nice and the cushions and individual watch holders are well thought out. The individual winding sockets: This is where it all started to go pear shaped. I got everything un-boxed and set up. I took out the anti-moisture packets and plugged in the display case. The case is turned on with a button on the back *click* & all 8 little cushions start to quietly spin... then 7... then 6. I turned the device off with the switch in the back *click*, pulled out the watch holders that weren't spinning to make certain I had re-installed them correctly then turned the device back on *click.* now only 4 were spinning. I turned it off *click*, unplugged it, let it sit for 10 minutes, plugged it back in, turned it back on *click*... 4 working. I saw other reviews from people saying that they had individual sockets not working... but half. Dang, back to Amazon you go. You were a very nice looking, appeared to be well made, half working watch case. I'm assuming I got a bad unit (which happens I guess) but it doesn't make me any less disappointed.

Did not work on day 1 but seller responded with extraordinary actions - now 5 stars
When I received the watch winder the finish looked good and I particularly liked how the watch holders would secure my larger watches. The 46mm watch fit fine and the holder locked in the rotor securely. I could not put a ladies Rolex in the watch holder because the band was too small for the holder, or the holder was too large for the watch band. As an improvement it would be valuable to have two sizes of watch holders to accommodate smaller and larger watches. Unfortunately one of the winders did not work when I first started the unit. The top left winder stayed stationary and would not work. Thus, I returned the watch winder and once I receive my refund I will be buying a stronger name brand winder such as a Wolf or a Barrington. They cost more but hopefully will work. This watch holder was not cheap and cost more than $500. However, when I saw the instructions it was clear this was from China and just used a name to portray a Western Company. I cannot rate a product more than 1 star if it does not work properly when first received and turned on. So now I need to update my review. The seller took an extraordinary step of sending me a personal note apologizing for the problem I had and advised that this was the first time they had experienced such a problem. They sent me a free replacement, which was a gesture I felt was extra ordinary. I cannot remember any seller taking such a step and to me that is a very positive action that speaks to how this seller believe in their product and value their reputation. I will try this unit and will update my review once I have some additional history. I have updated my review to 3 stars based on such a response from the seller. I have now used the watch winder for a couple of weeks. It is working flawlessly and the motors are absolutely silent. I have also had continued follow up from the seller to be sure that the winder is working as expected and that I am satisfied with the unit. This goes above and beyond the type of service I have experienced with other sellers. Based on the exceptional customer service and the quality and performance of the replacement unit, I have increased my rating to 5 stars. Way to go! You have demonstrated to me you really understand the value of placing your customer first.

Pretty good winder!
I have postponed getting a winder for awhile, but after taking all my best automatics in for servicing I asked (as usual) about the service interval and my watchmaker said "eh, about 5 years, maybe 7 or 8 if you wear them regularly", and that made me ask why. He said that the lubricants to degrade over time and that will happen whether I wear them or not, but even if you wear a watch for just a week or so every couple months (he said), the parts don't rest and push away the thickening lubricants from the wear surfaces as much, and a watch that's running on a regular basis tends to have an easier time staying running. So I figured that I'd spend a fraction of my regular service cost and get this winder for my most cherished examples. I've had it for about a month. As others have noted, it's quiet. Super quiet. The settings for various rotor types cover just about everything. The piano black case pretty much disappears on a dark shelf and It's not so deep that you can't put something in front of it to conceal it when I'm travelling away from home. The illumination of the case is fine, and the holders for the watches accommodate my straps at the normal wearing adjustment without issue. They're springy to adjust, but not overly so to the point where they might stretch or deform a strap over time. The holders snap in and out of the rotating cups without much effort -- you can one-hand the pulling motion without pulling the winder case off the shelf. They pop back in positively. I have it set to run rotations while I'm at work, so the motors are never running when I'm at home. I have seen them running on the weekends, though. It gets four stars because one cup, on the upper right, was not screwed into the motor behind it and I could not figure out (for days) why the cup kept popping off the motor -- until, that is, I removed the cup and noticed the small screw that makes the attachment to the motor (holding the cup firmly to it). There's a fuzzy textured piece of cardboard that covers the head of the screw at the bottom of the cup, but it's easy to pop out, and you can re-seat the cup, tighten the screw to the motor and replace the little textured cardboard without much trouble. All the other cups are fine, so it probably just got missed at time of manufacture. I haven't tried or bothered locking it with the included key, so I'll leave that for others to comment on. My watches are ticking along quite nicely. So I have enough autos to easily fill two of these, and I would probably buy this unit a second time, but the other watches are not quite valuable enough to justify one at this time. Altogether a pretty good winder with a fairly simple and easy to remedy manufacturing oversight. Worth the money. Hope it lasts.

Top Quality 8 Watch Winder Box
I have owned numerous automatic watch winders, and this is without a doubt the best one I have owned. Everything about it oozes class, and the design of everything from the watch pillows to the layout of the controls seems extremely well thought out. I own a number of larger watches, and my wife owns a few smaller ones. The design of the pillows are able to easily secure all of our watches, and the ability to individually set each of the winders is an excellent feature. I have owned automatic watches for a few years now and found out that there is no standard winder setting for automatic watches. There are a few good websites that helped me find out the correct settings for each of our automatic watches (It would be nice if the watch manufacturers started to include this information in the owner's manuals), and once I found the recommended settings, I made a note of it and set each individual winder accordingly. Each winder also has the ability to be completely switched off, so if you have any non-automatic watches, you can also store them in this box. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. The box looks amazing, the winders are as quiet as can be, and my wife and I have a beautiful, functional showcase for our watches.

Impressive 8 watch winder with SUPERB customer support!!
I purchased mine April 2023 and I still love it in every way. There are many reviews already of how great this watch winder is, so I wish to concentrate more on the superb customer service I recently experienced. One of the winders stopped working and I honestly wasn't expecting much when I decided to contact the seller about my issue. However, I got a quick, well written reply from Harriet. After discussing the issue with my winder, I was so pleased that she offered to send a new motor, free of charge. Even sending it UPS 2nd Day with no cost to me. When the replacement motor arrived, I installed it, with help from an excellent video on YT entitled "How to replace the motor of 8+0 Watch Winder with LCD Touchscreen (white)". I am so very happy that my winder is now working as it should and is back to normal. She let me know that if I ever had any issue, to please contact her. I am "blown away" by this level of customer service and support. If interested, it turned out the motor itself wasn't bad, but that the driving belt had broken. The company doesn't have replacement belts, but I plan to look around for something close, if not exact. Maybe I'll get lucky and have an extra motor on hand should I ever need it. Having said that, if something should go wrong in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact customer support. Again, I am so impressed by this product and the courteous and professional support I received!
