These pillows are excellent quality you can mash them to however you need to be comfy. My hubbie knocked one onto the floor during the night and my dog decided to mark it. We put it into the washing machine and tumble dryer and it came out exactly as it was when we bought it so yes it is most definitely washable. The feathers don't poke out and are super comftable to sleep on

Not much goose down
I feel misled by the picture of the packaging as the pillow is mostly feather not down. It is comfortable though and has retained its shape

Flat and lifeless, no support
Literally no support, definitely not medium as advertised. These are SOFT. My3 year old down pillows are still firmer and bouncer than these. The pillow squashes fully flat with just your palm to the point you can feel any surface underneath, imagine the neck aches! Official guidance states that a pillow should not bend when laying it over your arm (see photos) and once it does, it's time to replace it. Its misleading marketing calling them "Hungarian goose down pillows" when they are only 20% down, these are NOT HOTEL QUALITY, have very little filling and crunchy covers. The seller was also extremely difficult to deal with, dodging our request to have the items collected from my house due to the bulky nature and my difficulty getting to a shop without transport. Eventually Amazon refunded me under their A to Z guarantee. Please save yourself days of annoyance and buy from another supplier who is more honest and helpful.
