Worth every friggin penny! Actually pops my back!!! I'm not a tiny guy. I'm fit but I am right around 200lbs at 5'11". I've tried so many rollers it's turned into a joke between myself and clients. There are plenty that stretch your muscles well or even massage them...but this is the only one I've found that I can crack my entire back all the way up and down with! Even that between your shoulders spot that is so hard to target! Others flex and are too light but this little wheel is a tank. I've tried plexus and just about every other large emerging brand out there and they simply just don't have it right on these small sized wheels! The size and density of the plastic are key. Haven't seen another quite like it yet. Definitely try this if you've had similar problems!

What a surprise little creation. I saw this on their yoga wheel videos and said, "What is that?" Well, I could purchase one on their site but I could on Amazon. This titan of a yoga wheel is surprising for what you can do with it. I brought it to work to demo on a colleague who has ongoing spinal pain. She was seriously impressed at the relief she felt just learning against it on the wall...and how it helped her get into a squat position with relative ease.My journey with yoga wheels is just starting, as I have your larger one, and now this one. As I stated, this is built rock solid, and should last me quite some time. Now to await your instructional DVD. Anytime like now would be my two cents.:o)

I already own various larger-sized yoga wheels (10" - 14" diameter) which are great, but when I saw this smaller wheel, I just had to have it! This wheel is extremely sturdy and well-made. I was very impressed with the quality. The smaller diameter wheel is great for stretching smaller/more isolated areas of the body in a way that cannot be accomplished using a larger size wheel. I highly recommend this product!

I first thought this mini yoga wheel would help me work on my bridge pose but after getting it and watching the video it can help with so much more. I was impressed with sitting on it to do a lotus position. I couldn't have dreamed of getting into that position yet I followed the video instruction and did the pose. It was amazing. I love it. I can't wait to try some of the shoulder opener poses that the video shows you how to do.

I gave this as a gift to my yoga-doing sister-in-law and she likes it!

Super excited about my 1st yoga wheel! My order came super fast! Sukhamat includes paperwork on suggested sites to learn more about wheel usage and how to be safe. Since I am completely new to yoGA I'm learning how to use my wheel carefully and to reach full potential. I can't believe this little wheel holds up 2 500lB'S but this is a plus since I'm 5'10 , 280 lbs I need all the support I can get! I think I will also soon order a larger wheel, but for now I'll learn everything I need to know with this one. I've added a pic of my wheel so you can get an idea of size.
