I have severe osteoarthritis in most of my joints but my knees and hands are the worst. I had purchased a heated hand massager from another vendor that really helped with pain and stiffness in my hand so decided to try this product for my knees. It has really helped. Its not a cure. The effects are temporary but I'll take it. I have been able to cut down my usage of over the counter pain relievers with this device. I hesitated because while not over priced it was still an amount of money I don't spend without some thought. For me, it was worth it. I can use it for both knees and it gives me relief of pain for a time. Hope this helps

I needed a heating pad that would wrap around my knee while I was working at my desk during the day. I'm using it to help me heal a torn meniscus in my right knee. I really only needed the heat. This works well in that you can use the heat only or the massage only or both. It heats up nicely - not too hot and because it is a wrap around brace with Velcro straps I'm able to move the heat directly to the inside of my knee. I have it plugged in under my desk.

I used this to help heal a torn meniscus by incresing blood flow. It helped to relieve pain and increase movement. I have also used it on sore muscles and arthritic joints. The heat and vibrations help with those areas too. The adjustments allow you to use just heat or just vibration, which is handy if you only want to use one function.

I actually purchased this vibrating/heated knee brace for my husband, however, it did not fit him, so I decided to try it out.The vibration and heat functions on this brace are large hard plastic lumps (very uncomfortable and painful) and do not distribute the hard vibrations and heat evenly throughout the entire knee, only to where the small spot that they are on.After wearing it for 20-30 minutes, I could not take the pain anymore and had to take it off. The heat function totally burnt my knee and leg, and the vibrating function damaged my knee, to where I was unable to walk or bear weight on it.Note… The instructions do not give you a specific time frame on how long to wear this knee brace, in conjunction to what level of heat or vibrate you are using. The directions state “do not leave on for Long time to avoid burning.”What is “a long time”??After the incident I read through the reviews for the brace and found that there were quite a few people who were also burned and injured by this brace. Please use caution, if you are going to use this product.So this all happened ONE DAY after my return window closed. I explained everything that happened, to many Amazon representatives and they all refused to allow me to return it, and just said sorry for the “inconvenience”It’s pretty disheartening to know that Amazon does not stand behind the products that they sell, nor do they care, if you become injured by them. I was told a special representative would be contacting me within 48 hours, to help me with this incident, however, all I received was an email stating that they were not going, to approve the return of this product.So now I am stuck with a defective product and medical bills.

Works good. Good for soar knees. Easy to put on and take off.

It doesn't work anymore and I've taken good care of it. Neither toilet switch will connect to the brace. Is there any parts I can buy

Works great for knee......DO NOT WEAR FOR PROLONGED PERUODS OF TIME OR IT WILL BURN YOUR SKIN....also DONT place directly onto skin.....it does say this on the directions if one reads it 1st. This product is worth it 👌

Garbage. Gets way to 🔥

I bought this for my father, he could not sleep because of knee pain, this works well with both heat and vibration, however, it doesn’t work properly after just more than a month. Now it is either heat or vibration but not both!
