I take one tablet 60 - 90 minutes before working out at the gym. It gives me energy and helps me to sweat very well.

Doesn't last long
I have ME/CFS and am housebound. My circulation is not great and caffiene makes it worse... but on bad days I need caffiene to do basic things like feed my cats.Unfortunately, the poor circulation worsens the flares and can cause a worsening cycle. When I can improve my circulation and my skin looks pinkish and even toned, I'm way more functional. When my circulation is bad my skin is slighlty greyish with a lattice of purplish. A beer used to help, but it wasnt working anymore. So I tried this.It does help and it doesn't feel like a stimulant... no anxiety or racing thoughts or fluttering heart. But, after it kicks in, it only lasts an hour or two. It does enable me to get some small things done, but my skin - and therefore circulation - is only slightly improved.It's just a little short term boost. I expected something that would last longer and have a bigger effect.

This is the 1st bottle and seem to be working good. Will buy again. Had time to try it out . I will say it do wrk and I'm about to order again.

Horse pills
These horse pills are not easy to swallow. The first week of taking them I got extremely sick and nauseas but after the second week my body got used to it. I do notice that it cleans out and gets rid of fatty deposits when I got to the restroom

After a few days of dosing I was able to notice a significant improvement in energy, libido, vascularity etcIt seems to have become difficult to buy through amazon latelyAs a result, I have been forced to try other brands with mixed resultsCertainly, for me, this is the stand out of L-Arginine/L-Citruline supplements that I have tried so far.Hopefully Amazon are able to provide it again soon.
