I did remove the foam and covering around the base because it was too loud while swiveling. Perfect now. I purchased the gray chair, and it fits me. I'm using the chair for reading and relaxing. I'm 68 and have no trouble at all getting up out of it, but I have strong legs and quads. It's ready right out of the box. I'm very pleased. Thanks to the person who gave the complete with measurements, gray chair review.

**Q: When you look at item description although it’s Prime, it says 1-3 months for delivery.  Is this accurate? Is it because item is on back order?**
A: Not sure. Mine came in two days.

**Q: Why does it take so long to ship?**
A: I ordered this in December also!! Why are people getting it quicker and I don't even have a ship date or anything?

**Q: Is the tilt angle adjustable here?**
A: Yes there are a few levels and the head(padded area 
) also has adjustable articulation. I’m a teacher and these are going on year three of having all sizes of teenagers being playful or resting daily!

**Q: how high is the seat off the floor?**
A: For the gray one - mine is 11 inches off the floor. Don't know about the other ones.
