Works and looks good in my clawfoot tub

Product finish was very poor quality and not done properly. Contacted customer service and they simply said it is not warranted. I’d give no stars in all honesty but have to pick one to write review. So product and customer service are subpar. I’ll buy elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Nice quality, shows a few water spots but matches my exposed faucet well

We installed this in a new bathtub and it looks nice. My only complaint is that it easily is knocked down and plugs up the tub when I don't want it to. It was, however, one of the few drains I could find that was gold. I will probably replace it in the future with a white or gold pop-up drain.

Loved how this set with exactly with the faucet and shower head which I recently installed. Love the color and how easy to use! I’m happy all the parts were included for installation.

Everything was silver in my house and I'm slowly changing all that to black hardware. I made my fiancé install this for me. It took him about 10 minutes.

Excellent quality and finish. Installed quite easily. With the plastic sleeve it accomodates the wider drain pipe needs. Has a nice rubber ring included so one does not need plumbers putty. Really sturdy metal and not that cheap bendable or plastic stuff one finds in so much plumbing items these days.The Turning of the tub drain easily keeps the item open for showering, etc,.We are most happy with this item and recommend it.

I am returning. I saw nothing in the description about the following... There is no warranty on the “special” finishes. I ordered color oil rubbed bronze for the drain kit, shower head/pipe, faucet, and handle. All are being returned. There is warranty info that comes in the package, it states defective parts are covered of course, but NOT the SPECIAL finish. It goes on to say how to take care of my products; in a nutshell - everything that comes in contact with my hardware will ruin the “special” finish, with the EXCEPTION of soap and water. [IT] SAYS, I am to clean my bathtub fixtures with only soap and water! I guess that also means that I should make sure that anyone in the tub or shower doesn’t use anything other than soaps and water.Btw- the note clearly states that I can NOT use Plumbers Putty or Silicone during installation, Ummm, I don’t even have to elaborate. (but Yes! I need to put something around the seal of the handle and Faucet to protect seepage behind the tile!!Now let’s address cleaning products! I usually use au-natural? baking soda, vinegar, essential oils. But soap and water alone will NOT do the trick on random gunk and mineral build up! Hey - I’m not even talking about the good cleaning products that really work! These guys say heck no, your new fixtures will get ruined in no time if some cleaning product touches them. Then there are the must have essentials: scrubs, bath salts, hair products (dyes/bleach), etc..Maybe this product is purely for aesthetics only? Not for actual use?I guess I am not going to take the chance, if I pay for something nice, I want to enjoy it!On the bright side, I am glad to know know vs later.I hope this post helps someone else before they buy!
