MusiclilyBrass Guitar String Retainer Bar for Floyd Rose Tremolo System Electric Guitar,Gold(2 Pieces)

I’ve bought a few of these and yes they can work just fine but you have to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when screwing in the ultra-cheap screws. I’ve broken off 2 or 3 screw heads before just from tightening them into place even with pre-drilled pilot holes. And don’t even think about not drilling pilot holes first unless you want a broken-off screw in your neck forever. The company should really include 2 or 3 extra screws in the package because of just one of them breaks, which is highly likely, then you’re screwed (pun intended).

I am using this for my 5 string jazz bass on the EAD strings in place of a single coin tree. The screws are very thin but hold the string retainer securely. No concerns with long term use so far.

Just what the doctor ordered times 2! Used them where they go...by the locking Nut to hold down the strings for the Floyd Rose knockoffs. Worked out perfect too, cuz I ordered 2 FR knockoff trems, & NEITHER OF 'EM HAD STRING TREES!!! Makes me wonder if these companies are in kahoots! Hah, screw the small stuff, I'm too busy playing my guitars (or fixing/modding them!) Hey, delivered fast too!!!

Ibanez RG.......screw spacing correct but screws too short. To get the thread to catch I bottomed out on a set of 9s.luckily I had some longer screws

Good product for the cost. Screws are a little cheap but they worked.

Excact duplicate of Ibanez part,(maybe it is?).....Only exception is color.It isn't exact match. For the price, it's great.

Near perfect fit to replace rusted tree on Yamaha RBX260. Hole spacing is 2 mm different, but it didnt matter.

Works perfect , great for the price , measure your application first ..... string spacing where screws go into neck , drill first and use a proper Phillips screw driver or your going to strip the heads .

Product was good for 2 days then started to peel and turn a different colour. I just ordered an original Floyd rose one, MUCH better quality and it came in two days. If anyone is looking at buying this, I would just recommend going straight with Floyd rose and not waste your time or money.
