One of my favorite purchases...like ever! I was considering the brand name version of this (Throwbee) since my little kids had them but I was looking to save a buck (or 10). This one is fantastic and just as soft as the original. It washes well - which is great since I basically live in this thing. It came nicely bundled with a ribbon around it and a gift tag. Definitely a potential gift for some folks in the future. There is really only difference between this and the original. The metal snaps on this item are not as securely attached as in the original. For me, this is of little consequence, since I rarely use the snaps anyway. My only other critique is that they should make this longer in the back. I’m still giving it 5 stars for the sheer value and comfort of it! Definitely worth the $20!

Bought this for our daughter that’s 11 years old and 4’8”. She’s very into soft, oversized and comfy things right now. This checks all the boxes! It’s basically a huge, wearable blanket with a hoodie pocket, which is handy. Since she’s only 4’8”, it’s barely off the floor when she walks, so it could be a trip hazard for younger kids. But overall, she loves it! I recommend buying 2, because your child will live in it, and not want to take it off so you can wash it.

I love the design. The poncho style to wear it means the back of your shoulders are fully covered; no more draft like with others, which is why I actually chose this blanket. It's super soft, there's been no pilling or shedding of the material, & it's stitched well; the buttons are staying put. Great for households with pets, because surprisingly this thing does not attract or hold onto pet hair very well (I was expecting it to be a hair/lint magnet). The blanket could be a little longer or the head hole placed up higher so there's less fabric across your back, but over all it's sufficient. Just know that if you're on the tall side that you will have to sit criss-cross to cover your legs/feet completely while wearing it. Probably about average length/size for a wearable blanket to be honest. My only real gripe with this blanket, and why I docked 1 star, is that it's rather thin so it's not all that warm. Great weight for just a slightly chilly fall/spring night but not going to keep you snug during the winter by itself. I still have to wear a sweater underneath this while wearing my flannel PJs and I still throw a blanket over my legs to get truly warm enough during the winter. I tend to feel cold easily though. Over all it's nice for the price & I'm happy with my purchase.

Soft and lightweight

Purchased this as an Xmas gift for my daughter. She works from home, and tends to sit in one spot for extended periods. Since it’s winter, it’s easy to get chilled when sitting for a long time. This item solved the problem. Plenty of room, keeps her warm, and best feature - it is a poncho, so it’s not like a robe or jacket where a zipper or other mechanism is needed to keep the item closed. She loves it and it is working well for her!!

Comfy. Perfect weight for those times where it is too cold inside, but the person who is in charge of the thermostat is hot..... Was able to write and read and eat while wearing without issues

I bought this for myself as my apartment has a poor, old fashioned heating system, so I'm always cold. The minute I come home, I toss this on and I'm SO warm and comfortable. The best part is that when I take this off, there are snaps at the "neck hole," so it turns into a huge blanket if you choose to use it that way. Washable, and it's just as soft after being washed. Highly recommend!
