Awesome earbuds!
I own many headphones and earbuds, from wireless to wired, and from many brands. I have more items from Sol Republic because of the sound quality. The sound quality maybe subjective, since the source of music varies from steaming apps to mp3 music players with full equalizer. I mainly use and compare with my music player, in which I can change frequencies and bass/treble, and amperage. So with that in mind, I always find Sol Republic to sound clear with highs, and great bass response right from the box. Many can argue for and against the process to "burn in" earbuds, but these sound great out of the box. The single button contains the mic, and controls play, pause, and Skip song. The angle 3.5 mm is great, easier to hold and place in pocket. The material is cheap plastic, but for the price, it can be overlooked. The cord does seem fragile, especially around the area where it connects to the drivers. The reliability and durability is unknown at the moment, since I only had it for a few weeks. Overall another great product from Sol Replublic, great for the value so far...

I first bought these headphones while at Best Buy. I was tired of using cheaper headphones ...
I first bought these headphones while at Best Buy. I was tired of using cheaper headphones and wanted to see what life was like when using slightly better ones. I wanted to primarily use these alongside my phone. Unfortunately, my phone was outdated enough that the headphones didn't work with it. I still used them with my computer, and was very pleased with the sound quality. When I finally did get a new phone, I tried them out on it and it works fine. I don't use the mute button that much and find it often snags on things and ends up ripping the headphones from my ears. They're much easier to untangle than your standard headphones.I used these headphones all the time, I liked them... but I didn't love them. I just saw them as headphones. I usually buy a pair and then once I'm done with them, I just purchase some other brand I find on the shelf. What really made me love these headphones? Late one night, I was getting frustrated because I could not find my headphones anywhere. Did I leave them at work or school? Well, no. I had them earlier that day. Did I leave them in the car? Nope. I was getting furious. I suddenly remembered. I left them in my sweatshirt. And my sweatshirt was... in the washer. I was bummed, these headphones were great and I probably completely ruined them. I pulled the soggy sweatshirt from the washer with shaking hands. I reached into the pockets. The headphones looked fine. I left them alone for the night to dry out. I woke up the next morning, dreading to see what happened to the sound quality. I held my breath while I plugged them into my phone and hit play. They sounded just like they did a week before. They were just fine. I've washed other headphones before, and they were ruined. Nope, not these. That's when I knew I loved these headphones. They went through the wash again (by accident) and still, they work just fine.I sadly lost them to some abyss later on and bought another pair from Amazon shortly after. They too went through the wash and worked just fine. I'm not saying everyone should wash these headphones, but it's good to know if they accidentally go through that they'll be fine.

For 9 Dollars, you can't beat it.
My pair of Hifiman RE-400 IEM's broke for the millionth time, so I decided enough was enough. I looked around for some cheap IEM's, because I didn't want to spend another $70 on another pair of IEM's. I then look at these, remembering my friend had a pair, and they sounded pretty decent. I looked at the prices and found one for $9. I immediately purchased a pair. When they came, I open the package up, and took the IEM's out. Yeah, they looked a little cheap, but what could I expect? I put them into my computer, and put on a song real fast.(UPDATE ON SOUND!)So, it's been a while. The low end has smoothed out and isn't as crazy as before. It's honestly perfect now. I have no problems with these earbuds, and I don't have any more reason to EQ them. The low end is perfect. High end is perfect, everything is perfect.Sound: Right away they were very bassy. If you enjoy heavy low end, these are perfect right out of the box for you. I then opened my EQ settings, and tweaked a little bit. Once I had the EQ nailed down, they sounded great. They weren't the best thing I've ever heard, but at the price point it is. Most IEM's at this price either sound horrible, or are way too overpowering in the low and the highs, that even EQ won't fix it. I am here to say that these aren't those IEM's. I then plugged them into my phone, forgetting I had an EQ on my phone as well on, they sounded incredible. I went to check if the EQ was on, and it sure was. Just a basic low cut EQ.Build: Honestly, they feel kind of flimsy, but I can't say that it'll break or anything. The Apple Earpods are flimsy to me as well, and the build on those are amazing. So I do not know how this will play out. I will update this part in about a month or so.(UPDATE ON THE BUILD!)I've had these for a couple months now. They have lasted way longer than the HifiMan RE-400's I was replacing. I haven't babied these earbuds, but I haven't been like throwing them everywhere or something like that. No cutting out on the earbuds, nothing. These things don't even have a scratch on them yet.Isolation: These are IEM's, so the Isolation really depends on what tips you are using. The stock tips isolate sound from the outside pretty well.Extras: Comes with your standard S, M, and L tips. One Button Mic as well.Fit: It's an alright fit. I could see myself wearing these for a while. I just wouldn't sleep with them on or something, for fear of them breaking.Verdict: I honestly can't find many flaws with this. These earphones are the greatest you can get for the price. I got them for under $10. I'd gladly pay an extra $10 if something were to happen.

Good as always
I have bought this same brand and model for six years now, and I love it! Sound quality is good, I can run with them, have calls (the mic works perfect), and have them in my bag with me all the time.Since I run with them, I know they will eventually get broken, but really they last more than a year (again considering I use them for running) which is great. And for the price, they really worth it!

Buen producto.

I love these earphones. They’re the best ones I’ve used. I had one for years & love the sound, comfort & quality.I have very small ears & it’s difficult to find comfortable earphones that don’t fall out. Sound is excellent. The flat cable is tangle free & better than the traditional cables. They come in a range of cool funky colours!I love this brand & will buy againThe manufacturer gives 2 years warranty on these, first year with retailer & 2nd year with manufacturer (although they said if no luck with retailer they’ll help).
