What's the dimensions H W L of the blister pockets?

The blister pockets are curved at the edges, but are roughly 2 1/2 cm (l) by 1 1/2 cm (w) by 1 cm (depth). I would hate to swallow a pill that wouldn't fit in these pockets!

How large are each compartment? Will several large pills fit in with a few smaller ones?

Yes. I usually have 3 big pills and add 1 or 2 smaller ones
