Great Printer for a Beginner
Bought this printer as i always wanted to try 3D printing technology, The assembly is not for a beginner, you need to be a little handy or pay close attention to the instructions that comes on the flash drive that comes with the printer. also another important part that was difficult for me was calibration, but i found an easy way to adjust the temperature of the head and the bed, i started to add 10 degrees additional to the recommended temperature on the material. Once you open the box do not follow the instructions on the booklet, it is useless, you will find a flash drive that has in detail instructions, that is what you need to use to assemble the printer. also i found a youtube video of assembly that helped me a lot. after assembly you need to start leveling, this is the most important step and do not skip it. insert an A4 paper and adjust the screws to be barely touching (you will understand what i mean). The printing process itself is so easy, the software is easy to use and i found it easy for me to adjust everything on the computer then transfer the file to the provided SD card and insert the SD card in the printer and Print. The printer creates heat around it and it is also loud , a mid size model will take a day to print so make sure the printer is not near your bedroom. Overall the printer for the price is great and for me as a beginner it tool a while to set it up but i was able to print accurately and quickly.

Great starter printer and quality prints for the price.
I have experience with 3D printers and used them in college and at work. Wanted a budget printer for home to work on projects and was not sure how much I would use one at home. Great touch screen and quality components. Suggest using the glass side with Elmer’s stick glue for adhesion. (Works great) Also found a great assembly video on YouTube. No issues with printing with Hatchbox and other quality filaments. Always make sure to keep filaments free of moisture to avoid printing issues. I did have an issue with several bad prints. Emailed customer service and within 24 hours had a response. They sent suggestions and firmware file. Unfortunately that was not the issue. It was the Cura slicing software. I uninstalled and reinstalled without updating to the newest version and it has been working fine since.

Easy way to get into 3d printing.
Yet another update: I just performed a thermal runaway test on one of my printers, by physically removing the thermocoupler from the heated end, and the system did indeed shut down. To properly perform this test, you cannot simply disconnect the coupler. I was very concerned about this. I hope this helps someone else too. The upgraded tubing and extruder parts have also greatly improved the quality of the prints. Updated: I like it so much I bought another! The printer on the right of the picture is the newest one. I did an out of the box upgrade to capricorn tube and a winnsinn aluminum extruder... I really like this printer, so far. As others have said, the instructions are terrible. It is doable but it takes an hour plus instead of fifteen minutes. I had it printing shortly. The touch screen works well, and I definitely like it more than the dials on my friends printer. The printer is quiet too. The components seem to be of higher quality.

Useless and zero support
The manual is basically totally useless and poorly made. The large touch screen is nice but once you have a issue and learn there is zero support for it you then wonder what good is it. Mine the bed doesn’t heat at all, I was told update firmware but it’s already at the newest version which will work on the machine but really isn’t the newest firmware. Connecting it to a PC was a absolute joke, it won’t boot if the USB is connected and won’t connect correctly 99% of the time when booted and then connected. Overall I spent over an hour to build this junk only to spend 4 more hours to just end up taking it back apart to ship back since the heat bed isn’t working.

It seems to always jam up.
I have done nothing but fight with this printer. I've replaced the nozel and insulated the hotend as a last option and yet it still jams. I'm looking to get the ender 3 or cr10. This product has driven me mad. Unfortunately there isn't a large community to assist with issues. I won't be using this printer anymore. It was made easy enough to use. Bed leveling was super easy. Assembly wasn't bad. Unfortunately printers are meant to print and I just cannot get mine to do so. The touch screen seemed to be a cool feature, however it has a very slow response time. You will see a delay in stopping/pausing a print or in reality most things you ask it to do. I was very excited to get this thing up and running and was very disappointed. Go with the bigger more well known and specialized companies. Diggro likes to remake things and seem to be focused on churning out cheaper products. Sadly you get what you pay for.
