Sempio Specialty Soy Sauce for Egg Dishes, 6.7 fl oz / 200 mL

I'm back to order 2 more bottles for myself & and for our grandson. My husband loves to drench his rice & noodles w/soy and l wanted to give him an alternative. This is milder, not so salty and perfect on my Spam, eggs & rice bowls. Our 4 yr grandson came to visit and he fell in love with it as well. I'm sending him 2 bottles and ordering 2 for us. Sure, it's not cheap as soy from the dollar store, but you get what you pay for. And you aren't able to find it anywhere in mid Missouri so I'm happy to buy it here. A+++

I had been postponing ordering this product for a while. It's just soy sauce, after all. Since eggs are a staple in my everyday cooking, I'm always trying to find new ways to change up their presentation, whether it's making them the main dish or adding a tasty accompaniment. Unfortunately, this product wis not yet available at my local Asian grocery store, so I finally gave in to the temptation and ordered it. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made in a while (yes, I'm exaggerating a bit). It adds a light, golden flavor that is distinctly different yet subtle. It has now become a "must-have" condiment for me.

This was an impulse purchase. I had no idea that something so simple would be so good. It tastes like soy sauce, but...it just goes really well with eggs. Much better than regular soy sauce. I'm obsessed with making BECs and putting this on top. I *love* making scrambled eggs and putting in a bit of the soy sauce before cooking. My husband is starting to think I'm weird because of how much I love it--he just doesn't understand the appeal of soy sauce on eggs so doesn't want to try it. I'm going to have to slip him some eggs with the soy sauce and initiate him into my cult.

I haven’t noticed any different, distinctive flavor eating my eggs with this product. If anything, the difference in taste is very subtle compared to regular soy sauce. It’s also not as salty. I have just been using it as an overall soy sauce substitute with a variety of foods. I like the plastic squeeze bottle. It pours out slowly and cleanly. I’m pleased overall but it didn’t really liven up my eggs

It is delicious! Less salty than regular soy sauce with a hint of sweetness! Perfect on hard boiled egg. I wish it were not so expensive…

When i first got this, it says for eggs so i put it on my scrambled, then my fried and poached and in a fritataand from there, i learned its great in many other things as well, anything ypud use soy sauce in...BUT this is not as salty and had a slightly milder taste than regular soy sauce..i love it so much i ordered 8 more bottles!!! And im finding more and more things to put it in or on. Ive got to make sure i keep plenty on hand!!! Ive created a few new recipes using this. I highly recommend this.

Nice, but very subtle flavor. Teraoka is much better. A lot more complex flavor and less sauce has more flavor than this. I do like this bottle more, even though it's plastic. It has a dripper tip so you don't accidentally dump too much sauce on your food. It's also almost half the price of Teraoka, but I think I'd rather pay the extra.

I keep this on hand for my rice, spam/bacon, egg breakfasts. It's a little sweeter and less salty than regular soy sauce, which is great when some of your meal's ingredients are already very salty.
