I loved this!!!! It's exactly what I was looking for to make almond croissants the way I had eaten from a patisserie and this delivered!!!! It's not marzipan so don't expect it to look like the pale lovely color of real marzipan because it doesn't and so I know they used real marzipan at the patisserie but my goodness this is the next best thing! It's delicious and easy to work work with!!! I've used their Apricot and Raspberry since I was very little with my great grandmother so this was a delight!
