Very Close Copy!
These MIG welding tips are very close to the same dimensions as my 'Miller' branded tips that came with my Hobart Handler 140. The threads are a smidge longer (1/8"), but should work just fine. I haven't tried welding with them yet, but the orifice measures .030", so I expect they'll be ok!

Fits a Millermatic 140
These fit a Millermatic 140. I set them up on my machine and it worked just fine with my 0.023” carbon steel wire. I’m not sure how these will last for heavy production work, but for a backyard hobby welder they work well.
