The massager is very useful for my mother. She enjoys the foot massage every evening. AGARO team is very supportive and prompt in helping us, especially Sayan Das. I appreciate the personal touch that has built a positive bond with the team. I also have the compressed air foot massager, working great.

It stopped working after 2 months of use. Called the customer care for product support, they didn't send anyone to check just sent some random part, which got delivered after 1 month and in rusted condition, after that they assigned technician which came after another 20 days, I should not calll that person a technician but still, he said the issue is in motor and the part sent is wrong. They closed the query as resolved and asked me to again raise a query for motor. Since i was stuck with this useless thing, I again raised a query, again they send the product in 20 days and after I reminded that motor has reached they assigned same person who came after more 15 days. He changed the motor, but created new issue the PCB i.e. the control was somehow damaged/not connected properly during repair and some functions were not working, now the technician says its just that light is not coming but everything else is proper, raised query with customer support again asked for video, nothing done so far. After using the machine i noticed that he also misaligned the part which was working fine earlier. All in all wasted 12000 on machine which did not even work for 2 months and caused myself headache by contacting customer support for warranty and repair. I used to buy a lot of products from Agaro but after having an experience with customer support I would never recommend anyone to buy any product from this brand product. There are other brands in the same price range and having better customer support. Used for 2 months repairs took 4 months and still the machine is not working properly. Very Disappointed. Ofcourse the manufacturer and seller will not even look at this but I really hope my review atleast alerts someone and save their hard earned money.

Good product. The machine had some problems within a year, but I got a replacement (the old machine was replaced with a new one). Overall, good customer support and product.

We purchased the Agaro amaze foot and calf massager in May and it is very convenient and handy to use. We get relaxation to legs and especially for the feet. Vibration is good but heat is not felt. We are happy with the product.

I bought this product as a gift for my sister and brother in law for their wedding anniversary and they were so surprised and happy to receive it. Until someone uses the product they don’t know what they have been missing, it just feels like you are in a massage center after a long and tiring day, a perfect gift for someone who spend most of their time standing. It has several modes that can be adjusted as per your preference and product can be enjoyed from any room of your house even while you are watching TV. There is a sense of instant relaxation after using it for 15 mins.All in all a perfect product for your parents and grandparents too who don’t have to depend on anyone and can get instant relief for calf cramps. Love it!

I bought this product in oct 25 by Jan 26 it stoped working some how was able to reach the service person( which was a difficult prosess ).had to follow up for about a month then recieved a pack with some parts of the machine like mother board. Then again called them for a service person. Some how he reached us. But with in few minutes he fixed it and started working. For such a small issue I had to wait for about a month and kept calling. Service was good but the way to reach them must be taken care.

Realy Disappointed! The product Didn’t even turn on after unboxing. Tried different sockets, checked the manual — completely dead on arrival. Waste of money.” Product arrived on time but it’s defective — won’t power on at all. Tried troubleshooting, but no luck. Contacted customer support 25 days ago, no response yet. Avoid this.”

It is a good product backed up by prompt service.. My machine stopped working with in the warranty period. When I referred the issue to the supplier they studied the data furnished by me and their technical person called and said that it could be a problem with the PCB. They promptly couriered replacement. I got it changed locally and lo the machine started working. This is excellent service from suppliers. Excellent s
