These packets are for 8oz of water not a 16oz bottle. The flavor is fine but I just wanted something that mixed with a regular water bottle. This is my fault I did not check far enough into the product. I did like the selection of flavors. Its good enough for what it is.

Love these!! The taste is really good and very easy to stay hydrated. The value is okay,personally I feel like they could be more economical but the quality is worth it.They’re super easy to use,just tear open the package and pour it in a 16.9 regular water bottle. As for energy levels and effectiveness, as long as you’re hydrating, you’re going to feel better!
