This is such a nice bed but it’s seriously a nightmare to build it, at one point there was 3 people trying to get it done. I’ve personally put together so many beds and seriously this one has broken me. They need to label the screws coz the instructions are really unclear. I’m also not sure if this bed is a double or king, I ordered king and packaging said king but after previous bed was super king this just looks so tiny 🤷‍♀️ so I’ll have to try measuring it against the sizing it says on the pics. It’s comfortable and nice to sleep in though

As everyone else mentioned - the instructions were terrible. This wasn't actually the biggest problem, as having bought 5 of them, it was fine to do the other 4 after struggling through 1! ha.The quality itself though is really poor. The bed slats were really low quality and snapped with ease, and 2 of the 5 beds had their headboard completely snap!! Both within 1 year of having them.I messaged the seller to try purchase a replacement headboard, but they wouldn't even do that, saying I'd need an entire new bed.Poor company, would not recommend!

Okay, so let me tell you about this ottoman storage bed. First off, the instructions are wrong. Like, seriously wrong. They include a step that just doesn't make sense and makes putting the bed together super tricky. But once it's up, it's pretty darn sturdy and definitely worth the price. The storage space is a game-changer for anyone who needs extra room for blankets, clothes, or whatever. I will say, this bed is not for the faint of heart. It's definitely not as easy to put together as an Ikea piece. But if you're up for a challenge, it's totally worth it.

The base will take a while to build just follow the instructions and use your own mind to get it right as the instructions are not written very clearly also make sure you put the struts on the right way up or you will not be able to keep it down, once built the bed base and sides are of good quality but the bed is very low on the ground, the mattress that came with this is air sealed so you will need to allow it to unroll for a couple of hours do this whilst building the bed for ease will save a lot of time.Now for the bad points the mattresses supplied is not to correct size and is not suitable for a double bed please see pictures showing no matter how you fit it there is a large gap down the sides showing the bed base & iron work I believe they supplied the small double mattress not the double but after many back and forth conversations & pictures to prove etc with the seller and amazon customer services the seller has declined to replace the mattress only, rather they want the whole order back for a full refund which means another day off to disassemble and wait around for a collections agent but then you have to wait for a refund with no bed!! and no monies to re order!! I did ask for some form of goodwill but they declined it saying return all and get a full refund is the only option. All I can say is be very aware of the size and quality of the mattress along with the sellers customer service response's and I can not recommend nor give any more than two stars at most which is based on customer service and the poor ill fitting sub standard mattress.

Product is amazing, really easy to assemble good quality to price.Problem is witch deliveryI'm try believe article didn't left warehouse in that condition it gathered all dust from van flor. There is hole in soft part too. After long cleaning and placing it on frame broken hole is not visible.

The bed is easy to assemble took around 2/3h with unpacking but I did it on my own and only needed help during one of the steps. Looks to be good quality for what you are paying for (20/03/2024 £200).The delivery was supper quick we ordered it on Monday and it came on Wednesday. Comes in two boxes one with the head board and end board and the second one with all other parts. 2nd box weighed about 30kg, just over 2m long and 30/40cm wide we have two stair cases to bring it up with one of them being spiralled and we managed to bring it in no problem.No tools required comes with everything you will need, the tools are poor quality but they made it through the assembly of the bed.Now the down sides, the bottom of the bed (where the storage is) is just a thin plastic fabric that will be stuck on by velcro can't imagine it will be able to hold much so might be worth getting a staple gun to put it on or completely not using it and putting things in boxes and straight on to the floor as the legs only give it 5ish cm lift so you wouldn't be able to see it anyway.The legs that the bed is on are made out of a very cheap plastic and makes me concerned they won't last. They also look very very cheap but you don't really see them that much.Over all for £200 it's not a bad deal. Its worth it if you are on a budget need a bed quick and don't have any tools.
