Heavy duty grinder.
Oil bath gear reduction keeps the auger cooler longer. Easy to clean. A tad heavy to be portable but it’s a size 32 grinder their all heavy. Excellent grinder.

This is by far the best Semi Commercial grinder in the market for under $1K.
I have brought more than 4 and this one by far half of the price and double the power and the easiest to clean . Love it

Heavy, but not heavy duty or commercial
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this Happybuy commercial meat grinder. I previously purchased a 2800 watt Max KUUNLESIN meat grinder. I have used that unit to grind a variety of meats with no issues. I was satisfied with its performance. No real performance issues with that unit except the grinding chamber entrance was only about 2 1/2 inches in diameter,, and this Happybuy was mistakenly reported as 4 inches. In reality, the grinding chamber entrance (the area where you drop the meat into it) is just shy of 3 inches, only slightly larger than the unit I already had. (Read further below why this may be a desired feature if you are a regular meat grinder).I paid $581 for this Happybuy unit and only $130 for the KUUNLESIN. I hate to keep comparing the two since one was advertised as commercial grade and the other as consumer grade. As previously stated, I needed one with a larger meat grinding chamber entrance and a slightly stronger motor. A smaller grinding entrance means cutting the meat into smaller pieces which is more time consuming on big grinds. A 4 inch grinding plate entrance would allow me to cut less and grind bigger pieces of meat, thus saving time. Since this is a time consuming overall process, each time saving maneuver shaves precious time off of the whole process. Here's where the Happybuy loses points for supposedly being a commercial unit. It's unusually heavy and large. And more importantly, it bogged down and ultimately tripped a circuit breaker. In comparison, the KUUNLESIN only slightly struggled but powered through with no tripped breakers or other issues. I actually had no idea that the unit had tripped a circuit breaker as it simply quit grinding and abruptly turned off. I actually thought the motor had burned up on its first use. (Refer to the 26 second video for the meat grinder working, how quiet it is, and then it abruptly shutting down.)As I'm trying to diagnose the cause of the unit turning off (in the middle of a meat grind--as previously stated), I consulted the instruction booklet. I discovered that Happybuy apparently makes several models of meat grinders, but only made one version of their instruction booklet. My paperwork said that there might be a light to indicate the unit is powered on. It also indicated that there might be a switch to reset the circuit breaker if the unit overheated. I searched for either of these features and found neither. As a result, these two issues had me stumped right in the middle of a meat grind where time is critical. As an aside, slightly iced meat is where the ideal meat grinding occurs.I wasted several minutes (with the meat unfortunately warming), searching for a circuit breaker and/or a light to indicate whether or not the unit was receiving power. Remember this unit is huge and heavy, so inspecting every nook and cranny was time consuming. The Happybuy meat grinder had neither a circuit breaker nor a power light. After about 20 minutes of trouble-shooting, I was mentally preparing to send the 60+ pound unit back for either a replacement or service. As a last resort, I decided to check my homes' breaker box. Sure enough, the kitchen circuit breaker had tripped. Whew! What a relief but also a huge headache. The instructions were of little help with my dilemma. The Happybuy is huge in size but with an average 2200 watt motor. The KUUNLESIN has a peak 2800 watt motor. Although the Happybuy is a lot quieter than the KUUNLESIN, and it did perform exactly like it had substantially less power.I am not impressed with this machine and will be on the lookout for a true commercial grade meat grinder with true commercial grade power. For those who may be considering this unit, I would caution you to do your homework. Search for one with a more powerful electric motor (which may require some further investigation since some manufacturers don't list wattage or electric motor size information), and a minimum 4-inch grinding chamber entrance (this potentially cuts down on your cutting time and lessens your chances of having the unit bog down due to the lack of power. With the aforementioned experiences, I would recommend the KUUNLESIN (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F6SX5NZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) as the overall better machine and as of this review (02/28-2023) it retails here on Amazon for only $99. One major drawback is the noise level while in use. I personally wore ear plugs when I operated the KUUNLESIN. The HappyBuy is certainly much quieter (with no ear plugs needed), however it's not more powerful. The HappyBuy is much heavier and IMO is made to fit on a permanent counter or on a meat cart. With its much heavier weight, much higher price tag and smaller motor, I can't see where the Happybuy would excel in a home meat grinding environment. The Happybuy arrived in a heavily fortified plywood and metal strapped container. The unit itself was somewhat protected, however a plastic grommet arrived bent/cracked. This grommet protects the cord from contacting the stainless steel body. Also, some of the plastic accessories got banged up during shipping. That plywood and metal strap pieces will easily take 30-45 minutes to unbox the actual meat grinder. Just be aware of that. It comes with a few accessories but only two grinding plates. The KUUNLESIN came with more accessories and at least four grinding plates.I rate this unit at 3 stars and don't recommend it, but instead suggest potential buyers look at the KUUNLESIN as a much more affordable option.
