A: As far as I  can remember the Vital Wheat Gluten  had a shelf life of about 2 years.  I  bought for my daughter she hasn't  mentioned how long it lasted.

**Q: Is this free if glysophates?**
A: If you look it up on Amazon or Google the question, it comes up as 'no GMO, glyphosphate-free, no RoundUp.' I certainly hope that's true. Hope this helps
