I LOVE this hanger. Granted, I did modify it with a shiny gold unicorn horn (see pictures), but even without the horn it is amazing.When I first opened the package, I was really impressed with the quality. It has some weight to it and looks exactly like the picture. The hanger came with 2 different anchors and a screw. I ended up hanging it with the screw and anchor instead of the white anchor (pictured). I do have to be careful when hanging up my coat because with just the screw in the key-hole the hanger can rotate. The white anchor might prevent this from happening, but I can't speak for how well it works as I decided not use it since it doesn't seem like it would hold the weight of my heavy coat. The screw and anchor I used DO hold the weight of my coat, which is a heavy knee length wool coat (~8lbs, give or take a few lbs.).For anyone interested, I made the unicorn horn out of a sponge cut into a cone and wrapped with thread. The sponge was coated with mod-podge, then sealer, then gold nail polish and glued to the horse head with hot glue. The base where the horn and horse meet was "blended" by a circle of glue covered in black paint.

Looks really good, but the hook itself is small, so you cannot hang much on it. Would not hold a bath towel.

Number 1 reason why I titled my review, 'Keys/Cap/Jewelry Holder', is, apart from the pictures already supplied by the seller showing this item is being used to hold a set of keys, with just the basic fittings supplied with this item, even the most basic common sense will tell you that that if you want to hang something heavier on it, then you're obviously going to need to use stronger fittings during your install.(Yes, it does show that it can be used as a bag holder, and says that it can be used as a coat hanger too. But even so, you will obviously have to upgrade the installation hardware yourself for a stronger hold, if you want to hang something heavier. Again, basic common sense should make this clear to you, and/or you must be real dumb if you think the included basic plastic fittings, or a small single screw is going to hold something heavier).I am using this holder to hang my car keys up with, and I am very happy with how easily it installed, using one of the tap-in, plastic picture frame holders to fix it to my wall.The quality of this item is very good, and feels very sturdy in your hand indeed. It is made from a solid resin compound, and weights just under 1 lb, at 0,8lb. Which is a little under the described weight of 8.8 ounces. But still, very well made. You're NOT going to crush this item in your hand.Very well made, very unique, and I would certainly purchase again. Highly recommended 5 Star product

I like it but would like this more if it were brass or metal w/c I failed to find out after I dropped it & the ears broke off but was able to superglue them back on.

These things are some sort of resin that breaks easily. The hanging mechanism rips right out of the back. If you abandon their hanger and just drive a large screw straight through the whole thing into a stud, it’ll stay up. Otherwise, it will eventually break.
