I fitted this drive into a Tesla Model 3 for a DVR capability. It's perfect for this use-case but also good enough performance and quality to keep in a bag and use to cart data around.

Very pleased to find this. Tiny device, great data capacity (2TB) and just as fast as the internal SSD in my Mac Mini. Super piece of design! To think, the first external HDD I ever had was SCSI, 40MB and the size of a brick... Don't know how durable it is, as I've only just bought it. But it looks solid enough!

I find this SSD very useful but not as fast as advertised. Is compact (you can carry it in the 5th jeans pocket) and fast. 550 MBs in reading and writing are the average speeds on the Lightning port of my Macbook Air M1. with the use becomes hot, but is a problem common in external SSD.

Small and quick. Really tidy package. Love the design. The tiny monolith of data. Works well! This company and their customer service are great as well. I highly recommend supporting them!

2TB Sabrent Nano (SB-2TB-NANO-BLK) - A tiny, high-quality enclosure (JMS583). - Sabrent 2242 m.2 NVMe SSD DRAM-less, Low-Power (Phison E13T). - Very good synthetic benchmarks results (Crystal Disk Mark 7 attached). - The device does get warm but it does not thermal throttle. - Real-world transfer speeds are a LOT slower than with a decent 2280 m.2 NVMe SSD + separate enclosure. - Sabrent's DRAM-less m.2 slows down a lot as soon as cache is exhausted. - Also some connectivity issues with my AMD X570 motherboard (probably due to JMS583). I did a real-world file transfer (863 files across 48 folders, total of 245GB | 1TB Samsung 970 Pro OS drive ): Write to: Asus Arion + 2TB Adata SX8200 Pro | 4m 57s | 844.71 MB/s Write to: 2TB Sabrent Rocket Nano | 9m 02s = 542s | 462.88 MB/s Read from: Asus Arion + 2TB Adata SX8200 Pro | 5m 07s = 307s | 817.20 MB/s Read from: 2TB Sabrent Rocket Nano | 7m 44s = 464s | 540.69 MB/s I got the Asus Arion and 2TB Adata SX8200 Pro at about the same price as the Sabrent Rocket Nano 2TB. The Asus enclosure is heavier and larger, but that is the only downside. No connectivity issues, SSD runs a little cooler, but as with the example above, performs 82% faster in large writes, and 51% in large reads! Since I copy a lot from and to the external drives often... As nice and sleek as the Sabrent Nano is, the alterntive with a 2280 m.2 makes a lot more sense. If you only ever copy a couple Gigabytes at a time, this will be less relevant to you. Unless you MUST have one of the smallest NVMe enclosure, do consider alternatives. I am returning this to use the Asus enclosure and the Adata SSD. Most probably even a 2280 Sabrent enclosure and 2280 Sabrent m.2 will do a lot better than the Sabrent Rocket Nano, but I have not tested this. Again, this will very likely give you much better real-world file transfer performance for larger datasets. If you copy any set of data beyond about 20-25GB (ish), the device will slow down to transfer at around 450MB/s write and 550MB/s read in my case. Also if you have X570, maybe also find enclosures with alternative controllers to the JMS583. I have had zero issues with either ASM2362 or RTL9210 based enclosures (e.g. Asus Arion, Orico M2PJM-C3).

Love it, great Harddrive, fast and small and I haven't found any downside to it yet :) I bought it off a recommendation on a YouTube channel where he tested the hard drive in comparison to others

Unbelievably fast external SSD. Works great on my Xbox One but it doesn’t work on PlayStation 5 (not the vendors fault, PS5 external drive support is not great).

Bei meinen Motorradurlauben ist der Platz für Gepäck ziemlich begrenzt. Das gilt auch für das Laptop das ich immer mitnehme. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mir die Sabrent zugelegt. Auf ihr werden alle Fotos und Filme für eine spätere Bearbeitung gespeichert. Die kleinen Abmessungen und die Geschwindigkeit haben mich überzeugt.

9/26に商品到着後、10/3時点でドライブへのアクセスができなくなり、フォーマットも不可の状態。より専門的な知識・スキルがあればフォーマット可能なのかもしれないが、短命すぎて返品。なお、9/28に通常利用以外のPCやドッキングステーションに接続した場合に、電力不足なのか認識したりしなかったりを繰り返し使用にたる状態ではない事象が発生、その後に持ち直したが購入してこれではストレージとしては論外の商品ではないかと思う。

Excellent speed in a very compact format. Appreciate the fact that it comes with two cables and a protective (rubber?) cover. I don't think there's more compact storage devices to be found. It might not be the cheapest when looking strictly at speed and storage, but if you're looking for something that'll fit easily in small pockets, this is the device.
