Very helpful for writing performance evaluations
This book is very helpful for finding best way to effectively communicate an appraisal of an employees for performance evaluations. I recommend if you have to write them. I wish I had this book a few years ago when I had started writing them. It includes suggested wording for positive work as well as performance that needs improvement.

Good
I found this when I was writing annual reviews for my employees. I like that it has multiple ways to say different things in regards to productivity and performance. I recommend if you are new to having to evaluate your team.

Worked as a wonderful guide
I Purchased, this book to help with some of our performance reviews with staff, and it had great insight. I also purchased a similar employee book that came from the Perfect Phrases series. Both are excellent.

Great book

This is the 5th Time I bought this book
And that's because everyone keeps borrowing it and not returning it. It breaks things up in 5 categories, best to worst and suggested wording. eg: 5 - Exceptional Communicator 4 - Communicates Clearly and Effectively across the organization 3 - Clear Communicator 2 - At times, misses opportunities to communicate clearly 1 - Communications often contain grammar and punctuation errors This book takes the stress out of Performance Reviews

Devo dire che ho comprato questo libro molto tempo fa ma ora che vedo di non averlo recensito ho pensato fosse un peccato. E' un libro completo con una parte esplicativa ed una parte più pratica dove ci sono delle frasi gia' preparate per fare delle review. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chuinque abbia bisogno di un aiuto a formulare delle frasi in modo professionale per dei feedback scritti.
