As someone that needs to take pills twice a day, this is a lifesaver. My pills are a little bit bigger than what fits in other keychains so this is excellent. It holds a lot and has a tight seal. I don’t have to worry about it coming undone or water getting in.

This is a nice, simple but nice looking little pill holder. I prefer it in the necklace mode but its small enough to not bother you much on a keychain. Easily fits a few pills if they are small circles but don't try to shove a vitamin pill in it. If you're buying this you know your buying it for more serious meds than vitamins so just keep that in mind. It's got a little silicon ring around the top for a snug closing too that I really appreciate, means I dont need to worry about casual bumps and movement making it slowly unfasten since the silicon ring keeps it nice and snug. Update: I accidentally washed it, all my medicine was FINE. It legitimately survived a run through the washing machine! Solid little pendant, hell yeah!

I like the smaller size of this pill fob. Despite being smallish, five of these pills (shown) fit perfectly. I've had another pill fob for a few years, but it recently occurred to me that my old one is some sort of metal alloy made in a foreign land, so there's no telling what is leaching into my meds. This new one is pure titanium, like the rods and screws in my spine -- so it should be safe.

The best thing about this is that the small size makes it convenient to carry a few pills wherever I go without drawing attention. This fits nicely on a keychain and the size is in line with the keys, so it's not really noticeable when carrying or using the keys. I have included a video to show the size on a keyring. The small size does limit the capacity, so check the description for exact dimensions. I'm able to fit 5 medium/small pills. Also note that this review is for the "mini" size. On the product page, there is also a slightly larger "small" size available. Some reviews mentioned they don't think this is titanium. I tested by anodizing a spot on the end of the case with 12v, and it anodized as expected for titanium to a light brown that you can see in the included picture. I also tested with a magnet, and checked the hardness with a file, and I believe this is made of titanium. One review mentioned that theirs rusted immediately, but mine has been washed and has gotten wet several times with no signs of rust or corrosion. Maybe it was their keychain ring - that part is not titanium. Although this has been completely water tight so far, I did replace the O ring on the cap with a more substantial one that came in a variety kit from the auto parts store. You will notice it in the video. The cap is tight and secure, and has never come open unintentionally. At first, the cap didn't thread easily onto the base, and the threads seem a little rough, and I had the same reaction as some of the other reviewers here - it seemed cheap or felt like the threads were cut wrong. After using it for a while, I think it might be due to the way titanium parts thread together, and also the small size, and having one end connected to a keychain. Once I got used to it, this hasn't been a problem. Thanks to my handy pill holder, I have my medicine with me wherever I go.

As it says it is

I purchased two sets of the small size to store three medications with one to spare. One of my medications is a large capsule so I could only fit one but that's all I need. The bottom of the pill case is flat so I printed small labels to stick on each so I can tell them apart. These containers are well built with a water proof seal where the two parts meet. I recommend getting a quick release link to attach it to your keychain since it's probably not the easiest to open on a bulky key chain. Make sure to view the dimensions before purchasing. Don't ram large medications into these pill cases otherwise it might get stuck in there. To clean I dunked them in rubbing alcohol and let them dry.
