### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun ride

I will start off saying that when you buy a bike in a box no matter what brand it is going to need fine tuned. Wheels are machine built but not trued, cables are installed but not adjust. So you have to do this or have someone else do it.This bike arrived in good condition with only a small scrape on one of the decals and a small dent on the rear fender. the front rack does not fit due to the handlebars not being the same as in the picture. After having the wheels trued and adjusting and lubing up and doing some personalizing such as new tires Continental speed ride, removing chain guard, different pedals I took it on a series of rides ranging from 5-10 miles to two longer rides of 35 and 55 miles. The bike is fast and easy rolling and a real pleasure to ride..I would put it up against any bike costing much more. I ordered north road handlebars and will install the front rack when the get here I am real happy with it and find it to be a good value

### ⭐⭐⭐ Eh

I had some serious problems with FedEx, first they shipped it the wrong direction, then they damaged the the bike so it had to be returned. I was not informed that I would be refunded instead of having a new bike shipped, but luckily I found that out when I contacted FedEx to ask what they were doing with my package(it's worth mentioning that I couldn't talk to a human at FedEx until I let out a few choice words. I'm not an angry dude but if you ever need to talk to a person to resolve your issue, swearing is a very good way to get someone to pick up). I called Amazon and talked to a person straight away. I asked for a replacement and they sent it out the same day... but they were planning on automatically refunding me when the damaged product was returned, rather than sending me a new one. Whatever policy was responsible for that almost caused me to have no bike at all, as I was leaving for school shortly. This time the bike got to my address on time, though parts of the bike had punctured the box, and the front fender was dented(not badly, about 1/4 of an inch inwards). Poor handling by FedEx again, but I wasn't about to wait for a third bike. Whoever packaged the bike wasn't extremely careful either, after I opened the box it was much clearer why the bike punched through it.The Hollandia owner's manual was helpful at first for assembling the bike. I made it halfway through before I realized I was in the Mountain Bike section... so I searched the whole packet and all that was listed were Mountain Bikes and BMX, which was annoying. The actual assembly is fairly straightforward though, anyone with a few wrenches(preferably socket) and a philips head can put this thing together in a few hours. All of the pieces are in metric. I googled some Hi-res photos of the bike to make sure I had the racks mounted correctly.A few pieces were missing, I was 3 washers short and 1 compression nut short. There were a few empty bags that looked like they may have held screws but were still sealed, so that wasn't the case. There was also a piece of brown plastic, about the size of a stick of gum, that was snapped in half, I looked everywhere and couldn't figure out what it was, I just guessed it didn't belong as there's no brown anywhere else on the bike.Build Quality: Two problems, the chain was rubbing against the chain guard, and after fussing with it for 20 minutes, I just took it off. The bike actually looks better with the open chain, and I have no need for the case anyways. Other problem was the seat. The bolts that tighten the seat to the stem were stripped when I got them. After some fuss I just replaced the seat.I was initially very happy with this bike, but after owning it for a couple years, the shortcomings have really made it annoying. The bike is far too heavy for most situations, and the limited selection of 3 gears makes riding hills extremely difficult. Many of the parts are cheap and will need replacing after normal use (misc nuts and bolts, pedals, etc). the paint on the racks isn't weatherproof, so they start rusting after a month. It did okay at first as a commuter bike, but if I had to do it again, I'd forgo the racks and just get mountain bike. For this price, a mountain bike would be more comfortable and would hold up a lot better.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice bike for price

Poor assembly instructions. Nothing at all for the front carrier. Mine came with dent in front fender. Once together, it rides nice. Heavy bike so really cruiser. Hard to beat the price.
