Can this be used on top of an electric blanket

There is nothing to stop you putting it on top of an electric blanket but these toppers are extra deep, I dont think any heat would get through it.

Is it washable in a normal washing machine

I wash mattress protectors in my washing machine, the same as any other bedding.

Does this fit an emma mattress

I don’t know the details of an Emma mattress, but mine is 11 inches deep & the mattress protector is a good fit . I hope this helps.
