**Q: What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?**
A: When my ankles hurt at night I can apply it and the aching subsides. The salve's effect seem to last longer although it doesn't absorb as quickly as the gel. Sometimes I must apply it twice. It's better than taking advil all the time.

**Q: The arnica salve be hard?  I have to scrape it off with my nail to be able to spread it.**
A: It is firm but not hard.  It really works well.  Kind of pack it into the cracks on your skin.  You will be amazed how well it works.

**Q: what X is this product please?**
A: I am assuming your asking expiration date. All our products have over a year left on their expiration date.
