They are like other cheese balls which I've eaten - they leave fingers orange and I have to have a napkin close by. Sometimes I will portion these out in a little cup or dish and eat them with a spoon so I don't soil my fingers while I read. But, for some reason they taste better when I eat them with my fingers. Doesn't really make sense to me why. Anyway, they are good. Not through any fault of the cheese balls, but if I eat too many in one sitting, the roof of my mouth gets a little scratched and torn. So depending on how fast you can go through a barrel yeah.
