The daily dosage is just nice for asean like me..

Fish based omega3,it's big Kapsel,but it doesn't have fishy smell when I take them. However you might notice a slight odor only when something like a burp happens.

I have only been taking these a few days but already my cracked heels are healing and my dry eyes are not as bad.
