This is a great vitamin. My father is 89 years old and I buy him these vitamins for a couple of years and he is very active full of energy!

It’s really hard for me to judge the performance of these vitamins since I started eating healthier, and walking 2+ miles, plus moderate weight lifting at the same time as I started taking these vitamins. I can tell you that they have never upset my stomach or had any side effects. I feel better, am in greater shape, and have more muscle than I did in my 20’s (I am 41 now). I take them in the morning with my meal. I do wish there was more magnesium in these as most foods we can buy today are severely deficient in it and it’s really important for sleep, testosterone, etc. That’s why I gave the 4 stars instead of 5. Price is amazing compared to other vitamins as well.

I've been using this for decades, I'm almost 60, and it helps me live a healthy energetic life. I have a physically demanding job, and I exercise regularly at the gym, and I never seem have problems with low energy or depression or weariness. I can definitely feel the difference if I forget and miss a dose.

I really notice an energy difference. I did not drink coffee on first day. Day two I had morning coffee and was a little wired I am only taking one pill per day by the way. I do drink soda too most days with caffeine but have stayed away for day 3 and 4 and feel pretty good. If you feel hyped up, perhaps you could do one pill a day? But I walk around 5 miles a day, so not sitting around all day. I suspect if you take these and drink coffee you'd be pretty stoked the first hour. At night no trouble sleeping. Pills smell odd, but not like death like some complain in my opinion. So far so good, I was taking 5 vitamins, now just this one, will save cash too. Update day 5: Decided to do 2 pills spaced 6 hours a part, and they were too much for me. Jittery, without any morning coffee too. Some have said they don't get this hyped at all, but I will not be able to take 2 in a day which is good for money saving. Not sure how effective the multi vitamin side will be with only 1/2 the dose, but 1 for energy is more than enough for me. Test it out and see. Update: almost done with the bottle. One pill a day, I am impressed with these. Went off them for 3 days when on vacation and on day 3 I did feel sluggish. Went back on and felt better.
