Be alert!!! What you see is not what you get?
Very disappointed!! What you see is not what you get. I ordered Heavy Duty Meat Cleaver knife from ShiBaZi with Black Handle as picture shown. Instead I received Shibazi High Carbon Stainless Steel Chef's Cleaver knife today. If I want the Carbon Stainless Steel knife, I can get it from ebay, at least shipping is free and free return too.

Best Knife I've ever had.
This is my second ShiBaZi knife. The first one I left to my cousin,which I got from a friend five years ago, and it still works very well. I also had many knives before, but no one was as sharp as this one. The quality of ShiBaZi's knives is really good. If you also have a knife sharpening stone, you don't need to buy any meat-cutting knives for lifetime... even you are Dexter Morgan.

Super sharp cleaver
I have owned this meat cleaver over 3 months and its quality has impressed me. I have used the knife to cut chickens and ducks and have to say the blade is super sharp. Highly recommend.
