These supplements are easy to swallow and have no bad taste. I can definitely tell a difference in my digestive system if I skip a day or two. My skin is clearer but I take like 10 supplements a day so do not know if this is directly linked to this or fish oil (but likely a combination of them both!). I feel confident with this brand and am satisfied with the results. There are also a lot of supplements for your money.

I bought this due to my IC. I have had it for several years and normally never have any problems. For the first time, since I was diagnosed 10 yrs ago, I have had a horrible flare up. For three months now I have been miserable. After 1 week I could tell that I it was starting to work and by week 3 I was feeling much more like myself. This is week 4 and feel normal again. It is still there and I am very careful what I eat right now but my life isn't being dictated by how I feel. I actually started adding some things with flavor back to my diet a couple days ago. It has definitely helped me and anyone looking for a natural way to help treat IC it is definitely worth a try!

I bought these capsules to use the oil on my body. They are easy to crack open, slight odor (not bad), & go a long way. I used them daily and noticed a slight difference in my skins hydration. They don't have enough Aloe Vera as I was hoping. I wouldn't put it on before going out in the sun. I will not buy again because I've chosen to go with fresh Aloe Vera from the plant instead. Oh and I didn't swallow them however, the capsule has an easy to crack film & are small egg shape. Look as if would be easy to swallow if wanted.

i use to take these for my ic but every other bottle i would get would be a different strength regardless of the label. if you are using them for vitamin benefits, they would be fine but if you are taking them for pain management this is not the brand unless something is done about quality control.
