Great Tent 2x4x5
I looked for the right tent for several months, watching You Tube videos and reading ads on Amazon and decided on the Mars Hydro. I'm happy about my choice. The things I like about this tent are: The quality of the materials: The outer fabric is sturdy and well assembled/stitched. The zippers operate very smoothly with no kinks or binding. Just make sure the flaps (to keep out light) are clear of the zipper. The inner material is highly reflective and includes a reflective floor tray for catching spills. It's a nice feature. The frame materials are very sturdy and appear to be able to hold most accessories you'd need (lights, fans, etc.). Assembly was easy overall. I really didn't follow the instructions for assembling the frame and had to take one section apart when I put the cross bar roof support into the top side bar connector. It was easy to figure out my mistake when things didn't line up and switched the supports around. The tent slipped easily over the frame, keeping in mind that you need to pull the material over the frame carefully, not forcing anything. I have a tent from another company where the door didn't zip close because the material is too short. With the Mars Hydro everything fits perfectly. There are plenty of ports for threading cords and allowing air to flow. Also, there's an observation window. I highly recommend this tent.

Perfect size for space
So far the tent has been perfect, it has plenty of vents, was pretty simple to put together seems to be made very well. My only issue is the lack of the option to purchase additional support poles for the top. The price was a bit more then I wanted to spend even with a coupon but they were the only ones with the odd size as well as mostly positive reviews do I went with it. I really wanted a 60” by 36” by 80” tent but this one comes very close so I like it. I don’t use the view window much but it does come with one. I noticed a few very minor pin holes in the corners which are very tiny so I just have to be sure if I ever need complete darkness I plan accordingly but as of now I’m growing carrots and other veggies so it doesn’t matter. The material seems very sturdy and thick. I would recommend this tent as it has some of the best reviews, is made of quality material and has a solid zipper on it. Just know you can’t get additional support beams from the company but maybe that will change one day. They do sell additional side bars on their website so I’m optimistic.

Awesome grow tent.
I am very pleased with the durable material of the MARS Hydro grow tent. Being very limited on space, this smaller size tent fit my needs. The construction is of excellent quality and not flimsy at all. I like the zipper flap feature to keep the light from shining out into the room through the zipper as many people complain about with other tent manufacturers. Some people are more concerned about keeping the light from going into the tent during flowering stages of growth, but I think that notion is a bit too paranoid because any plant with naturally be exposed to moonlight anyway. Whatever your belief about stray light into the tent, this MARS Hydro tent will satisfy you. I think grow tents as a general rule are overpriced for what they are, but if you wait for a sale it helps to justify the cost. Some other brands are insanely priced that cannot be justified ever--even on sale, but MARS Hydro is decently priced in comparison to other similar products and it's worth paying the few extra dollars above the flimsy lower quality tents available. I am now a MARS Hydro fan and highly recommend their products. Hopefully as indoor growing of plants in a controlled environment becomes more popular, the prices of indoor growing supplies will come down.

Everything you want in a high end tent, but missing a place where you mount the monitors.
This tent has all the features you would want in a high end tent, thick heavy material and zipper, flaps that overlap the zippers to prevent light intrusion. Screen window for viewing environment inside (I like the plastic clear window on my Vivosun better). The only downfall is there is no steel plate for holding the magnetic monitors for the various goodies you are putting in the tent along with no place for the cords. I am currently using this tent as a drying space. it is sealed very nicely, and hold 30% humidity with a 200 sq/ft dehumidifier. I would recommend, but with add on's for the above issues listed.

Dandy little tent
Great little tent for seedlings and cuttings. Easy to move around and has plenty of room inside for many seedlings or cuttings. Quality built with no light leaks and a good zipper. Would definitely buy this brand again

Great quality tent for the price with a robust ecosystem of accessories available
I wanted a tent on the smaller side for a single plant that wasn't too expensive and would allow for future upgrades and this is exactly what I needed. This is a high quality tent for the price, with a nice build quality, heavy duty walls and seams, rock solid zipper and very reflective inner lining. The tent's access openings are well laid out, allowing for cable running and ventilation. I also like the movable cross bars for light hanging. Mars Hydro makes a lot of optional fans, filters, lights and pretty much everything you need that are compatible with this tent so I know that if I need something in the future, I can easily find it. The only feature I would like to have this tent lacks is some kind of pockets for storing small things like pruning shears and other small stuff but I can easily keep things like that nearby so it's not a deal breaker.

Really a good tent - the best choice. It does have a lot of room for improvement.
First, this is a nice tent. It's really grown on me. See what I did there? The following is constructive criticism; The velcro vents can leak light because the velcro is very stiff - it doesn't seal very well. The floor tray is not a tray - it is a piece of tent material. The velcro strips on the floor tray are not useful - they don't line up with anything, and they are too short. The frame is very flimsy without the tent put on - the poles do not fit snugly together. The top cross bars are nice to have, but should be able to clamp in place. One crossbar hangs lower than the other. I'm not sure why. I would like them to be the same. There should be 4 total, instead of two. The zipper seems acceptable. This could be a really nice product with some more development. I would prefer round vents at the bottom. This would allow me to use a myriad of fan configurations. It would also eliminate the light leaks around the mesh windows. I would like the top, round, side vents to be offset from one another, instead of both centered on each side. This would allow for more fan configurations, and they could be used independently. As it is, they are fighting for the same place in the tent, which happens to be where the light wants to be, too. That is a glaring oversight. This is a good value for the price, and probably one of the better 2x2 tents available in this price range.
