Friendship, refreshment and hydration; A Bottles Tale.
So I wanted a water bottle, to up and monitor my water intake. For some reason, a regular old water bottle wouldn't do, so I paid $24 to make a new friend in Embrava Bottle, hereafter referred to as "Bottle". I have now partnered up with Bottle for a week, and in the smooth words of Usher, this is my confession. First off, when I saw Bottle, what drew me to him was the jaunty little screw down hat (lid). That let me know right up front he cares about beverage security, which is important to me as Bottle gets chunked in my gym bag lots. In an effort to be completely honest, Bottle wasn't my first choice. However, several of the other bottles available have flip tops and I care not for them. Bottle has yet to leak and soil my fuzzy 80's headband, so lets put that in the win column. Lastly, the jaunty lil hat has a plastic arm that allows it to just roll right on off to the right, (or left if you prefer. Bottle is impartial.) right out of your way. I do have concerns about how long that little plastic arm will hold up under heavy use, but right now, Bottle abides. Bottle is trendy. Bottle has a flashy silver ring on it as well, but I am not exactly sure why. Bottle isn't married. Bottle isn't a cow. Fully loaded, you wouldn't be hanging Bottle from anything, as he's got plenty of heft. But hey, you could. Bottle is game. Over all, Bottle is solidly made. True to my clumsy nature, I dropped Bottle once this week, from atop my 6'3" frame. Falling, Bottle landed smack down on the concrete. Fearing the worst and apologizing profusely, I snatched Bottle back up. Bottle, undamaged, laughed, shook it off and continued to provide me delicious liquid refreshment, unhampered. Bottle does not care. Bottle lives to serve. Day to day pressures don't get to Bottle. Bottle does not sweat much. Bottle gobbles ice and water every morning, and never has a condensation issue. (Edit: 6 Months later, Bottle do be sweating some) You should know, Bottle is large. I knew that, and I have big hands, so it doesn't bother me. I like a little heft to most all things in life. But you should know, Bottle will not be contained. Bottle fits no cup holder on earth (i knew that, not an issue for me). Bottle likes to give gifts. So much so, Bottle brings a bracelet to the party. The bracelet is nice, smoothly made and slides right on your wrist, to assist with you carrying Bottle. Bottle is considerate. Bottle cares. In conclusion, I am glad I met Bottle. He is available in several appealing hues, but I decided I like grey best and am glad I did. I think if you are looking at bottles in this size and price range, there is no way you will be disappointed. If Bottle were to be kid(bottle)napped tomorrow, I would have another Bottle on the way. (is this where we write that we are an actual real customer who actually bought a product and not some paid spammy Russian reviewer? Also, are the Russians hiring reviewers? Does it pay well? asking for a friend.) EDIT: Bottle is not dishwasher safe. Someone here, whom I love dearly and will mot mention, tossed Bottle in the dishwasher. Bottle was sanitized to a high degree, however his lovely smoke grey surface now is stippled in places. Be that as it may, Bottle and I continue to do our thing as only we do. Grab you a Bottle today. 02/07/2024 - Picture added of Bottle today, four years later. Still here, still works just as designed. Bottle is well built, well designed and has taken a lickin' and kept on tickin'. Still seals just like when Bottle was young. The little plastic arm I worried over, is still just as solid and works just like new with no cracks or signs of failing. Hard to believe, considering I am rough on things. Shoes. Pants. My hands. But amid my rough and tumble lifestyle, Bottle abides. If a Delorean swept from the sky, bringing with it a wild eyed doctor with a frantic tale of time travel, who then carried me right back to my desk, circa Feb. 2020, giving me the proverbial do over, other than preemptely hoarding TP and fruit snacks, I would partner with Bottle again.

Best Water Bottle I've Ever Owned
I've owned a lot of water bottles over the years, from glass, to plastic with bladders, to aluminum, to everything in between, but this product has been the best all around water bottle overall. Pros: -Durability: I have dropped this bottle many times since I have had it ( some from multiple feet off the ground onto hard surfaces) and it still looks and functions like it just came out of the box. I have not experienced any of the bottom cracking issues I have seen mentioned in other reviews, so this issue may have been fixed before I received my product. -Functionality: One of the best parts of this bottle is that it does not compromise on function. The cap itself features a button that allows you to quickly open the bottle with one hand and also seals the bottle well when it is closed and includes a lock that is easy to open and close with one hand. The cap fits on snugly and does not leak, and when the cap opens there is a stopper that prevents cap from hitting the bottle and makes it easier to close. The water spout is also an excellent design and allows a smooth flow of water that does not require you to bite down on it and gradually damage the product. There is also a convenient removable ice catcher that is a great bonus. The strap is also is very durable and flexible, which is a major improvement on other bottles I've used either with hard plastic straps or no straps at all. -Design: The model I have is the 32 oz Gray bottle and it certainly looks good sitting on my desk. The size of the bottle is one of my favorite parts since I drink a lot of water during the day and the extra size over most 18-24oz reusable bottles makes it last much longer. The frosted finish on the bottle also looks nice and keeps the bottle mostly scratch free. The strap also has a nice black and white pattern that makes it stand out a bit more. -Taste: The taste of the water coming coming out of the bottle has always been a make or break point for me. This bottle does an excellent job of keeping water tasting like water, about the same as with a glass bottle, but with less weight. As mentioned earlier, the water also flows very well which only helps the drinking experience. However, I have never put anything in this bottle besides water, so with other liquids your mileage may vary. Since I only use water, I rarely clean the bottle and it does a great job staying clean and has not affected the taste. Cons: - The only con I have with this bottle is the design of the air hole above the drinking spout. This is only a minor con, but the placement of the air hole, which allows for the excellent flow of water, spills out tiny amounts of water on to yourself if you are not used to drinking out of the bottle. Even if your drinking technique is perfect this can still happen to you, especially with a full bottle, so a slight design change might be in order. With all of the pros and cons said, this is an excellent water bottle and the best one I've ever used. The one con may be a bigger issue for others, but I can easily overlook it since the rest of the bottle is excellent and that con has an important function. I highly recommend this product and I'm sure if you are looking for a durable, high capacity, highly functional water bottle you will not be disappointed.

Money saving, waste saving little GEM!!
I’ve NEVER been one of those people who understood the need of having your own water bottle and I’ve been an athlete my entire life! Stick with me here..... Yes I would carry a larger insulated water jug to soccer practice, cheerleading, track meets or anything that would require extended time outside but would hold ice to keep the water cold. Gymnastics meets are of course indoor, so water fountains are available or plastic bottles of water provided as needed, the drink it throw it away get another one kind. Ugh, please don’t judge, it’s just something that never occurred to me until now. Well, after years of being inactive, I finally got motivated again in my early 40’s. Weight gain, clothes not fitting, tired and miserable all the time, you get the picture.... so, I joined a gym. I would stop at the convenience store almost daily or every other day and buy 2 -32oz water bottles. Some days I would drink both, some days I would drink one and some days I would drink half of one. Well guess what? I would leave those in my car, so I would buy new ones, they would get left in the car and they just started to pile up. I finally had enough!! Not only was I wasting money on buying the water, I was being wasteful with the water itself and a huge environmentally unconscious person by wasting all of that plastic. I told myself it was time to get it together, I have to conform and be more thrifty with spending. I have a perfectly good refrigerator at home that makes the ice I like and has a water filtration system on it so why in all that is holy, was I buying water at the convince store at 2.50 or 2/4 a bottle almost daily!!!??!! (Lecture, lecture, lecture, judge , judge, judge.... while I’m saying ok, ok, ok, in my joe Pesci voice) So, I finally started the long needed, long awaited and the dreaded hunt for THE water bottle, all while thinking, how many of these thing am I going to have to buy til I find one I like? Well I FOUND IT first try!! I LOVE this thing! And guess what? I carry it everywhere!! It’s got a push button to pop open the lid...this took me about a week to discover btw, I was doing it manually before....)Yeah yeah, whatever, I’m a busy person, I don’t always read the directions or instructions, GASP!). It doesn’t leak, I haven’t notice any sweating (it might, I’ve just never paid attention) it’s easy to clean and it comes with extra little parts and gaskets for the lid in case you lose a piece! The opening is big enough to fit several stuck together cubes of ice in at once so filling it goes quickly, I then fill it with water out of my refrigerator, put the little strainer looking thing in (helps keep the ice away from the little straw looking piece and I believe you could even use it to infuse your water if you want to? Maybe? Maybe read the description or instructions and don’t go by what I say, we’ve already established I don’t read them), screw the cap on and bam! Ready to go! It’s got a little wrist lanyard/strap or whatever you prefer to call it to use if you want to, I wasn’t fond of it at first but it’s grown on me for sure. Do yourself a favor already and buy it! Stop wasting your money, stop with the plastic waste and stop leaving your half empty bottles sitting around everywhere or in your car or in your gym bag! You’ll be thankful, I promise!!

Not quite 5 stars because of its vulnerability and price
Let me start out by staying that I paid full-price for this water bottle and received no remuneration for this review. I have the sense that the company is trying to flood the site with compensated reviews to increase its visibility and that sort of rubs me the wrong way. I've been a long-time user of the Nalgene 32-ounce water bottles which are bullet proof and, obviously, hold quite a bit of fluid. Unfortunately, they are bulky to pack in a briefcase and when full, quite heavy to carry. That's what attracted me to this water bottle. It appears to be the right size -- not too big, not to small -- and would look good on conference room table in a business setting. It costs roughly twice as much as a Nalgene, a bit high in my opinion of something that is made mostly out of plastic. If it had a $10 price point, I would give it 5 stars. While the bottle itself appears very sturdy, the cap mechanism does not. I would not want drop this bottle with the top open as I have the sense that it would be very likely to break. If the top were closed, it could probably survive a fall, but I would be reluctant to test it. Given that this is not the sort of bottle I would carry on a hiking trip, this might be a moot point. While the cap appears very vulnerable, it's a brilliant design. It opens and closes easily with one hand and would be perfect for a car. The lock that secures the top does the job and I would not hesitate to carry this bottle in my briefcase. Because it is a moving part with a metal spring, it probably has a useful life span before breaking. It's hard to tell what that lifespan would be, although I imagine that it's been tested to open and close many times before failing. If it did break, the bottle would still be useable, but it might not work well with one hand. The flow of water is very good and it's actually pleasant to drink water using this bottle. Rather than have a strap, I would prefer to have a place to attach a clip or, perhaps, have a second place to attach the clip in addition to the strap. That would make it easier to attach to the outside of a bag while going through airport security. It's a good water bottle for use in an urban setting, not quite 5 stars because of its vulnerability and price, but certainly 4 stars for its appearance and the cleverness of its design. If you need a bottle driving or any other reason that requires one-hand operation it would be a good choice.

Still going strong after 1.5 years - Great slim water bottle for everyday use
<b>*Updated after 1.5 years of use: </b> I've been using this grey water bottle for about a year and a half, everyday. I use this bottle at home and bring it with me everywhere I go. It is fairly lightweight and has a slim design, so it's easy to carry around. At first, I didn't think the wrist strap would make a very big difference...but it does. It is so much easier to carry this water bottle using the wrist strap! I would definitely recommend it if you are planning on carrying the bottle by hand. The water bottle is still in good condition, with only a few scuff marks on the outside of the bottle. So, the frosty finish does not seem to rub off or get scuffed very easily. The cap lock is still working fine. I only had one time when the bottle leaked, but it was my fault--I accidentally closed the cap on top of the wrist strap, which left a gap that let the water out. Another good thing about the cap is that I don't have to worry about the mouthpiece getting dirty/exposed to germs. There are times when I see people dropping their water bottles on the ground...with straw mouthpiece getting dirty. No need to worry about that with this bottle. However, for those who wear lip balm, lip gloss, or lip stick, it might build up on the mouthpiece. So it's necessary to wash the cap every now and then. When I first wrote this review, I said "Overall, I don't regret the purchase at all. The amount of use I get out of the bottle is worth the price." This still holds true after 1.5 years. I would gladly buy another bottle in a different color, but this one is still working just fine for me! Pros: -Slim size: Fits in my everyday bag and in my small car cup holder. -Wrist loop: A handy feature that makes it easier to carry the bottle. -No leaking so far -Cap shows no sign of breaking yet -Cap lock feature is good for when I put my bottle in my purse. -Good for being on-the-go: the cap protects the mouthpiece and prevents leaking. The wrist strap makes it easy to carry. And the slim size makes it easy to bring along. -Looks good: I really like the frosted look, which not only looks good but also feels good to the touch. There are a few scratches on the frosted exterior but overall, it's still in great condition. -Long-lasting. Cons: -Not as easy to clean as some other resusable water bottles. -Small size = refilling more often. If I'm out all day, I have to refill the water bottle a few times. -Wrist strap is not easily removable: According to the Q&A it can be removed, but the official instructions don't mention it. It would be a big plus if the wrist strap could be easily taken off, especially for washing. -For commuters who drive: It's not very convenient drinking from this bottle while driving because you have to fumble around with the cap. The lid will kinda get in the way of your line of vision--but it's clear, so it won't totally obstruct your view because you can see through it. -Cap makes a distinct sound when opening/closing. When I'm in class the clicking sound can obviously be heard when I'm closing my water bottle. Not a big con, but I'd like to drink my water discretely.

This water bottle soothes my crazy.
I'm really digging this water bottle so far. Before this purchase, I had 20+ disposable, used water bottles that I'd gotten from wherever, and I'd refill and re-use those until they smelled funky, then toss them in the recycle bin. I was spending far too much money on bottled water (I clearly wasn't drinking enough, so I'd impulse-buy bottles of water everywhere I went because I was thirsty), and creating clutter with all of the bottles that I'd end up hoarding. It was starting to be a ridiculous and tedious cycle. Since Amazon is the obvious solution to almost all of my problems these days, I came here to look for a water bottle that I would love. I am picky, so it needed to have a few features: 1) Not leak. 2) Be transparent. 3) Be easy to transport. 4) Be easy to clean. 5) Keep my drinks cold. I discovered a few months back that leak-proof and cold wasn't enough. Because I am weird (I guess), I am not into drinking from things that are not light-colored or that I can't see through. I also don't eat in the dark and am not fond of dark plates / bowls, either. LOL I bought a Corkcicle Canteen in January of 2018 and it (as of July) hasn't yet left my dishwasher. I can't easily see into it, and that bothers me more than I thought it would. I bought a bottle brush to clean it with, but I still can't see into it well enough to feel certain that it is clean. Also, I got the huge canteen, and it won't fit into my backpack (my mistake). I'll probably give it to my husband or one of the kids, because I just realized how crazy I am, and they (thankfully) are not. It might get some use after all! ANYWAY. 1) The Embrava definitely does not leak. 2) I can see through it. 3) AND, it will fit into the drink holders on my backpack as well as in my car. 4) It is also easy to clean, and since it is light colored and cleary I feel satisfied with how well I've cleaned it. 5) The only thing it doesn't do too well is keep my drinks cold, BUT I've got a workaround. I purchased two accessories to go with this bottle: First one: Tovolo High Ball Ice Molds - Set of 2 These make large chunks of ice that will fit into the neck of the bottle. (Ok, freezer ice might be just as great, but I don't have a dispenser - you gotta dig in for your ice at my house, and no thank you. EVERYONE is gross; I'm just not into that.) So both chunks of ice will fit in the bottle at the same time. Since they are huge they take forever to melt, and my drink is colder for longer. Since it is colder, I drink more. I have been filling / icing this bottle once in the morning and once in the evening. I feel like I am finally staying hydrated! Second one: AUPET Water Bottle Carrier,Insulated Neoprene Water bottle Holder Bag Case Pouch Cover 1000ML or 750ML,Adjustable Shoulder Strap, Great for Stainless Steel and Plastic Bottles This sleeve fits perfectly on my Embrava. I believe it helps to keep my drink colder for longer. It also keeps it from sweating everywhere. I saw the reviews showing the busted Embrava bottles, so I felt this would protect my bottle from a shattering impact. I hate to admit that I have already dropped it once, but it's doing just fine! On top of that, this sleeve comes with an adjustable carrying strap so if I'm out walking or whatever, I can keep my hands free. The only down-side to having this on the Embrava is that it will not fit into the cup holders on the outside of my backpack or in my car, but since it won't leak I can toss it wherever and not worry too much. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase / these purchases. I finally feel hydrated, I'm not buying tons of plastic anymore, and everyone knows this is mine (so kids and husband aren't "accidentally" drinking out of my stuff anymore - I'm not the sharing type). If I ever need another water bottle, I will be coming back for this one. I love it!

Great water bottle
I recently had the pleasure of using the Embrava, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This water bottle has become an indispensable part of my daily routine, and I’m excited to share my experience with you. First and foremost, the Embrava boasts exceptional build quality. Crafted from durable and BPA-free materials, it feels solid in hand and has proven to be incredibly resilient to accidental drops and knocks. Its sturdy construction gives me the confidence to take it with me on outdoor adventures without worrying about leaks or breakages. One of the standout features of this water bottle is its superior insulation capabilities. Whether I’m hiking under the scorching sun or in an air-conditioned room, the Embrava keeps my beverages at the desired temperature for extended periods. It keeps my cold drinks ice-cold for up to 24 hours, and hot beverages piping hot for up to 12 hours, allowing me to enjoy refreshing sips or warm savoring sips whenever I need them. The design of the Embrava is both stylish and functional. Its sleek, ergonomic shape fits comfortably in my hand, and the wide mouth opening makes refilling and cleaning a breeze. The screw-on lid with a secure seal ensures that I can toss it in my bag without worrying about any leaks. Additionally, the integrated handle makes it easy to carry around, whether I’m on a morning jog or commuting to work. Capacity-wise, this water bottle offers ample space for hydration on-the-go. With its generous capacity of 33oz I rarely find myself running out of water during the day, even during intense workouts or lengthy meetings. The size is just right, striking the perfect balance between being compact enough to fit in most cup holders and large enough to keep me hydrated throughout the day. Lastly, I appreciate the eco-conscious approach of the Embrava . By using this reusable bottle instead of single-use plastic bottles, I’ve significantly reduced my environmental footprint, and it gives me a sense of fulfillment knowing that I’m making a positive impact on the planet. In conclusion, the Embrava has become an indispensable companion that never leaves my side. Its durable construction, excellent insulation, stylish design, and eco-friendly nature make it the perfect water bottle for anyone seeking a reliable hydration solution. I wholeheartedly recommend this water bottle to fellow adventurers, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone who values a refreshing drink at their fingertips.

The perfect waterbottle to get you to drink more water
My friend had this water bottle last time we were hanging out and told me how much she loved it, then her sister in law walked in with one so I knew I had to try out. I LOVE this thing! The shipping took awhile (over a week) but I ordered with other items (didnt have prime at the time) so I dont think it was this company slowing things down. I got the clear/white bottle because as well as drinking a ton of water I drink hydration stiks (you add to water, each stik has added benefits in addition to helping you stay hydrated and drink more water and they taste amazing. Each stik is a different color so I like seeing the colors through the bottle. If your curious you can find the stiks under the wellness tab at valentine.jamberry.com) I love that it came with extra "seals" in case you lose the original ones because I saw a few comments where people eventually had one fall out and not realize. So far I have not lost any pieces and have been using mine daily (all day) for a few months. I wasnt sure I'd like the strap but it is so convenient and easy to grab on to. I like that it has the little "filter" in case you want to add fruit or something and dont want big chunks coming out with your water. I work in physical therapy and while I'm with patients I use a standing/rolling desk thats about 4 feets tall. I always sit my bottle on top and one day I accidently bumped my desk into something while moving it sending my bottle crashing to the hard floor. I was so afraid it broke but not even a slight crack, scuff, nothing! I was impressed. I didn't have the little lock on it (another awesome feature) at the time so the lid did pop open but I was able to grab the bottle before it made too big of a mess (and thankfully I just had plain water in it at the time). I love how easy it is to drink out of it, the water flows so smooth and it truly makes me drink more water then I usually would out of another bottle or cup. It's also very easy to clean and use. Sometimes when I was it the rubber gasket in the lid gets knocked out from my scrubbing, its that round loop that goes inside the lid to keep the liquid from leaking when you tip it to drink. It can be a little tricky to get it back in but thata just because it's well fitted to prevent leaks so nothing I can't deal with or I would take a star away because of. If you are thinking about getting one to try, do it, you will love this bottle!

BEST water bottle purchased by far
This water bottle is awesome. Doesn't leak at all and love that it is slim and fits in car cup holder. Great carry strap too. My favorite part is you can easily chug from it and its not noisy. Definitely worth the bit extra cost!

Bella e funzionale
Cercavo una borraccia capiente, perché quelle in commercio di solito arrivano a 600ml. Questa, a distanza di un paio di anni, è ancora perfetta, non si è rovinata, è comodissima e in palestra si distingue facilmente
