Good, steady flow of energy, no crash. More caffeine than coffee. The taste is horribly bitter straight, but I mix a little with juice, a flavored drink or soda throughout the day, and you don't even notice the flavor of the guarana. Also, the taste isn't as strong with time. I'll definitely buy more of this

Solid energy and mental focus, zero crash. Doesn't taste good at all, BUT i just mix it in a shaker bottle with a bit of orange juice and drink it fast. overall 10/10. Highly recommend. (NOT MENT FOR SLOW SIPPING, NERDS.)

It’s great if you combine it with the electrolytes from the same company that I have in the picture. On its own it tastes a bit bitter but with the grape electrolytes it tastes great. It mixes well if you give it a hard enough shake and I get the caffeine boost I need without having to brew coffee. Good value for money because a little goes a long way. It’s easy to use once you dig out the tiny scoop and haven’t had any side effects personally.

Tried it today for the first time. Took one scoop, which contains 220 mg of caffeine, and took 400 mg of L-theanine along with it. Felt great, and after four hours I took more. Too much more. Another whole scoop. Not recommended at all. Went from close to a perfect state of mind and energy to truly awful. I guess I was thinking it might be twice as good. Or, "If this much is this good, more could be even better. Maybe even much better..... It'll be fantastic!" It wasn't. It wasn't remotely close. It was on the other end of the spectrum, including headaches, nausea, irritability, dysfunctionality, and a busily chaotic mind It would have been much better to have started with maybe a quarter scoop, then upped it a little at a time. Maybe just being patient, and trying half a scoop the next time, and increase by a quarter scoop if desired. Increasing by a whole scoop was a huge mistake. An update, after months of additional use: I just wanted to add that I have compared taking this guarana powder with taking Nutricost caffeine capsules, and have found the caffeine capsules to be "cleaner" in the following way: the guarana (in the right amount) is fine for the first six to eight hours, but then there is a "comedown phase" that is slightly unpleasant. There is a subtle undercurrent of mild nausea and depressiveness. With the caffeine, this doesn't happen (Nutricost caffeine plus their L-theanine and L-citrulline. I have usually been combining both the caffeine and the guarana with L-theanine and L-citrulline, which definitely smooths out the experience). The caffeine is cleaner. No aftereffects. Cleaner and brighter. You can test and compare for yourself, and get a sense of what works best for you.

I've been very happy with this product. My motivation for switching to a caffeine additive was to reduce staining on my teeth that I had from coffee and tea. I mix a half-scoop into a light colored herbal tea and it gives me the same gentle morning boost of coffee, but without the staining and without the coffee-breath. The price is very competitive for the number of servings (which for me is twice the labeling since I use only a half-scoop at a time), and I don't notice any flavor change. I read other reviews about bitterness, but I honestly can't taste any difference in the flavor of my herbal teas once I mix in the guarana. It dissolves easily in hot beverages, but takes a little coaxing to dissolve in cold beverages.

After spending $$$ on energy drinks and chews, found this. Works quickly and doesn't make you crash. Vrye economical as well. Only downside is the taste - yeech. I just mix it with a little water, gulp it down and have something handy to take the taste away.

I was looking for an alternative to energy drinks. As most people in the comments have said, on its own it is bitter, but mixed with electrolytes it is amazing. It is significantly cheaper than most products and will last you a long time. One scoop is worth two cups of coffee and there is little to no crash. I will definitely continue using and recommending this product.

March 22 2025 Just recieved 3rd container of this product - I must say it makes a differance in my day. Helps give that little boost. I only take one small scoop in the AM ..I add it it to a juice stick flavor of my choice Its been working really well for me. No jitters, no racing heart.. as mentioned before it is in generally bitter so do add it to a juice or tea/coffee. Update Aug 8/18 2024 - must say the 1st container has lasted a long time. I do one scoop a day AM - The scoop size is about the size of the tip of my little finger - very small amount used per serving - I mix mine with a flavored drink zero sugar drink stick. I do feel more energy - no jitters or caffeine high feel. Will be placing my second order today. Have been very happy with the product. As mentioned in my 1st purchase - yes the taste is bitter... BUT you do need to mix it with a flavored drink. Works perfect that way. Purchased product to see if it would help with not being tired & energy. Tried product 4/30/24 first time. Used recommended dosage. The amount is smaller than expected. But I must say I did not feel tired. Did not have any jitters. For people that have eaten grapefruit, the rind is the bitter part. This product is similar to the same bitterness as grapefruit. I used to eat grapefruit all the time. .. the information is correct. A little dose will last you all day. I will write more of a review once I have been using this for awhile. So far I am happy with the results I had from just one day.

Es excelente, te da energía al instante lo combino con un poco de café y azúcar, viene con un pequeño dosificador de 1 gramo, no necesitas mucho para despertar bien,, lo súper recomiendo.

Absolutely do not recommend- taste is foul.

Es dificil mezclarlo con agua... Es mejor mezclarlo con liquidos mas grasosos como leche funciona mejor. Es casi imperseptible en sabor pero te deja una sensacion polvosa en la parte de atras de la garganta cuando no usas leche. El efecto de la cafeina es mas potente que en una bebida energetica pero la tolerancia y efectividad de la misma es diferente en cada persona. Pero... Si funciona.

Es un buen producto!
