Great phone case however the battery conpacity on it could be much bigger so that we would have 12+hours of extra power for our phones. Espechaly for those who work all day such as in security and need to have our phone powered all the time.

Update: Ok, this thing is useless. Seems to give at best a weak charge to the phone for maybe an hour, then it’s dead. I’d return it if I could, unfortunately I’m on a road trip and won’t be back home until the return window is over. The first thing I do when I get a new phone is order a Mophie case. They've always served me well, and have done an amazing job of extending battery life of all of my phones. Often, I'm almost through the day before the phone even starts using it's own battery. That's not the case with the battery case for the iPhone 11 I just got. I have a few complaints: 1) The case doesn't charge at all unless you press the button on the back and tell it to. I don't like this at all, the whole point of the case is to lengthen the life of the phone battery, so I want to use the case battery before I use the phone battery. 2) It charges wirelessly. Yeah, duh, it says that on the product description. Now I know better. It's slow and inefficient. Once you start the charge, it can't keep up with the phone usage. Also, it turns out that wireless charging is only ~50% efficient, so half of what's in the Mophie case is wasted energy. 3) Probably related to #2, but it doesn't seem to last very long. I start it charging the phone maybe halfway through the day, and a couple hours later it's dead. So at best it seems to slow down phone battery discharge for a couple of hours. Compared to my iPhone 6 Mophie case this is very disappointing. That case would keep the phone battery at 100% until very late in the day. Mophie touts the wireless charging as a way to charge the phone and still let you use the headphone port on the iPhone. I really don't care about that, what I care about is a good battery case that keeps the phone running without me having to micromanage it.

I found a replacement battery pack made by Mophie. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Yes it’s old. But I thought my old battery pack was dying. It wasn’t. I just started to load a ton of games recently. My phone and battery pack seemed extra hot. So I somehow found this pretty feminine colored battery pack. I am happy with it. It seems lighter than my previous one. So it’s a good thing. Charging was not long. I did lots of things while giving it time to do its initial charge. The packaging was missing the cellophane wrapping. The inside box slipped out as I was trying to open it. The product is as shown. Magnetic charging is working. It’s the same size as the previous one. So fit is fine for my small hands. Overall, I am satisfied with my product. I especially love that it is a feminine colored battery pack. (Blush pink!) Original scheduled delivery was as stated. ARZ Hotdeals LLC keep up the good work.

The case is easy to install, the battery will charge it and my phone at the same time. Has been nice for me as I am outside and sometimes in area with bad service and I need to bump up my battery. Good product, Mophie has been doing this a long time and they are a good brand.

Great charging phone case for the money. This phone case charges my phone to about 65/70 percent when my phone is at around 15% battery life. It does not charge your phone to 100% so if you’re looking for that type of case, this is not it. You will have to spend close to $100 for that type of case, especially if you’re looking at a Mophie. However, if you’re like me and never let your phone get THAT low on battery life, this is a good case to have when traveling or if you use your phone a lot during the day. It is also super easy to put on and take off your phone and its outer shell protects your phone as well.

Positives: not as heavy. Open ended at the bottom so the microphone and the charging port is exposed. Wireless charges iPhone and can wireless charge the case. On/off button Negatives: battery life not great. Needs usb c charger cable (comes with it) if you don’t have wireless charger. Case is slippery, no grip of setting on lap or dash. Full Review: I’m so disappointed in the battery life of mophie cases now. The best case mophie ever had was a water proof battery case for the iPhone 7 Plus that would last all day. I use my current 11 pro max all day long for work and to listen to and watch different media. This mophie case only lasts for maybe two hours if it stays charging the phone at 100%. If I don’t turn it on until the phone is starting to die (around 30%), the case will only charge the phone to about 65% if i don’t use it while it’s charging. I’m disappointed in mophie. Aside from the cases now being about $30-$40 cheaper, it’s not worth it anymore. I would rather use an external 20,000 mAh battery. In reality, I ended up trying Apple’s smart battery case and it’s well worth the $130 investment. My phone doesn’t ever die. Much better choice. Maybe mophie will improve in the future because I love the brand. I have the 3 in 1 wireless charging pad for my AirPods, Apple Watch and iPhone and love it. So I still have hope that they will improve.

When it works, it’s awesome. However I have been through two Mophie cases for my iPhone 11 promax in two months and they both stopped working within two weeks. I am unfortunately past the return window window on my second case because it was a replacement. Fair enough Amazon. However I would recommend NOT getting this For the iPhone 11 promax. I do not know if it’s the phone, or the charger, but the case stops working entirely after a short period and does not seem to take charging wirelessly. This happened down to cases in a row I have really struggled with this Mophie case design. It does not seem to want to take a charge from an Apple wireless charging station or from my Audi wireless charging station. Instead, the case requires a charging cord to be 100% sure it takes a charge. It does charge my phone wirelessly, IF you push the button on the back correctly for 3 seconds. the caveat here is half the time it didn’t take a charge so it’s empty and I’m stranded in an airport with no battery and have to plug it in with a wire anyway. This Mophie case causes me to have yet another weird wire on my countertop just to charge it. This case is not quite there yet for Apple products such as the iPhone 11 Pro Max which is what I have. So to be clear, every time I want to charge my phone and case, I have to take the Mophie case off and charge it separately ....and put my apple phone up against the wireless charging pad. What I thought would be one step with this very expensive case is just a tangled mess of complexity

Could be stronger power but works good enough, and better then the other brands I’ve had.

This case is absolutely garbage. First off I want to say that this case is heavy on the bottom so the balance sucks because my phone falls over everytime I stand it upwards. I barely had to use the charging feature on the case but when I went to use it today, it turned on for a minute and then stopped working after I fully charged it. I want my money back. This is stupid

Ok, to start I don't normally write reviews but today I'm making an exception because this particular SKU is REALLY bad. Don't get me wrong Mophie products are usually good and I've previously purchased their iPhone 7 Juice Pack and I loved it so much because it had a magnet inside it which stuck to their wireless charging mount making it effortless when I want to charge my phone, when I was driving I could just stick it to my mount in the car, at night I had a mount by my bed ... super easy. BUT ... none of their mounts work with this product because they had to make room for the charging coil and battery thus they removed or reduced the size of the magnet inside the juice pack which helped stick the phone to the mount and align the charging coils. The top 3 reasons what I dont like about this product: 1) It's TOO HEAVY way to heavy 2) It's TOO BULKY way way to bulky 3) It gets TOO HOT ... this gets so hot while charging it is not comfortable to hold
