Let me start by saying that I have zero experience with installing light fixtures. I would normally leave this hot mess to my husband, but he chose to see how long he could test my patience by procrastinating so long that I finally gave in and decided to give it a go myself. He thought he won this round, but little did he know...So, rating the look of the finished product, I give this thing 10 stars. It's gorgeous and perfect for my 5 year old daughter's bedroom. It's almost too nice for a kids room. However, this thing was TERRIBLE to install!! I wanted to do it right and hard wire this bad boy into my daughters ceiling. I immediately regretted that decision after we had already cut the plug off (yep, the husband got dragged into it after all). There was a lot of sweating, cussing, pinched fingers, and general unpleasantness but, by the grace of God, we eventually got it installed. I would compare it to childbirth - horrific and painful but quickly forgotten once I was able to admire the finished product.Also, I found that some of the crystals that were already installed on the chandelier were put in the wrong spots, but if you follow the picture diagram that is shown in the instructions, it's fairly easy to see where they were supposed to go. Overall, very happy with it. I don't have enough experience to say whether the installation experience was any more difficult than it would have been had I purchased a more expensive product.

I’m very happy with this lovely chandelier. The only criticism I would have is that they need a larger photo in color to show the placement of the additional crystals. However, there are no other criticisms at all, it is perfection.

I just received my chandelier today. When I took it out of the box I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. It is kind of a rustic gold, which is very nice. It comes with some jems on it, but you do need to put the rest on. It is very simple to do. It is labeled and has directions. When you finish, it's just so beautiful.I put it in a corner of my room. It gives real nice light. I just use the plug in cord. I then plugged it into an extension cord that has a button so I can turn it off and on since there isn't a switch on the cord that comes with it. That disappointed me but I had this extension cord which you can find at Wal-Mart.I was not disappointed with this purchase.

Best purchase ever, to date! I am totally in love with this thing. It's a little more brownish of a gold then expected but still perfect for what I needed for the bathroom remodel.It's a bit of a pain to install but I'm not sure I have ever installed a chandelier and it was easy. Just size the down rod with the cover plate to make sure it's right before you hang the fixture on it and it's a little easier. Took me about 15 mins to install but then almost an hour to hang all the crystals and take off all the packaging. In the end it was totally worth it. It shipped fast, packaged well and looks perfect. Love love love love! When we finish the bathroom it'll be a really beautiful statement piece!

For less than $120, it was definitely worth it for my girls' bathroom. Does it look plastiky? Yes, it does if you're taking a close look. If you want a high-end look, then you better spend the extra $$$ for it; otherwise you'll be disappointed with the "look" of the chandelier. If you want something cute but don't want to spend a lot of $$, I highly suggest this chandelier. I gave it four stars because my hubby hot wired it, and it wasn't easy installing it.

This product is exactly as described. Only problem was it came with some missing and broken Crystals. I contacted seller and they shipped out parts plus extra. It’s beautiful. This is not a fancy expense chandelier. However most of the crystals are actual glass and it’s a nice finish. I got the antiqued silver and it’s nice. Very happy with this purchase.

Could not be more pleased with this purchase! I was looking for the perfect gold chandelier for my daughters nursery (with perfect price to match) and can honestly say this chandelier is absolutely beautiful and couldn't be more pleased with the quality! I had actually purchased a more expensive Pottery Barn Kids chandelier first and was so disappointed in all the plastic beading. The crystals on this chandelier are beautiful. It was easy to put together, and we paid an electrician to hardwire it for us. I was also worried that itmight be a little small for the room but the sizing is perfect. Do not hesitate with this purchase!

The chandelier is perfect for what I need. I hung it on a hook, it was not installed. It is small and has a nice gold color. The only problem I had with it was when I pulled it out of the box, some of the metal loops that were supposed to hold the crystals were pulled out a bit and I had to use pliers to fix them. Other than that it was pretty simple to put together.
