Review: When can I buy this in a gallon-sized format?! - Seriously, I see people upset over not being able to purchase just one bottle of this sauce and I'm wondering when I can buy it in gallon-sized! To date, I don't think I've ever purchased another hot sauce as often as Los Calientes. desertcart tells me I've purchased the 3 pack THIRTY times as of 3/3/2022. It is so beautifully balanced and has just enough heat in it to tickle your tongue and lips for a good 5-10 minutes after you're done eating. And that is a lovely feeling. It's not too hot, it's not too mild. It doesn't have that stereotypical one-note 'hot sauce' flavor that turned me off to hot sauces over the years. I could, and have used this sauce on pretty much any food dish out there. A: I do.  But that's me. In the food biz refrigerate everything.  The sauce is delicious by the way. I bought 4 bottles

**Q: what is the different between this and the green and yellow bottle?**
A: I haven’t tried the green/yellow bottle but I’ve found that it has green chilis and doesn’t have rhyme whereas the red is made with red peppers and does have thyme. I really enjoyed the smoky flavor of this one.
