Unlike others that feel like cheap chrome-plated plastic, this is a solid, heavy-duty stainless steel body. It’s been running for weeks and there is absolutely no sign of hard water stains settling permanently or any rust. 2. The Connection Point This is what actually sold me on the product. Most overhead showers snap or leak at the neck joint when you try to angle them. I was extremely relieved to find that this shower uses a heavy-duty steel construction with high-quality brass couplings. The brass connector ensures that it threads perfectly onto the shower arm without stripping, giving it a completely leak-proof and secure fit. It feels indestructible. 3. Outstanding Water Pressure: Even with standard water pressure in my apartment, the silicone nozzles distribute the water perfectly across the massive 12-inch surface area. No dead spots in the middle, and the nozzles are super easy to clean just by rubbing them with your thumb if scale builds up. 4. DIY Installation: I didn't even need to call a plumber. ⭐ 1 Star – Would Give Zero Stars If Possible Technically, this product does not even deserve a single star. I purchased it in April 2026 and it is still under warranty. Unfortunately, the two layers of the shower head have detached, resulting in leakage—clearly indicating a manufacturing or quality defect. While product defects can happen, what is completely unacceptable is the lack of after-sales and warranty support. The email address provided through Amazon is invalid/undeliverable, and the contact number is always switched off. There appears to be no other way to contact the vendor to raise a warranty or manufacturing defect claim. What is the purpose of a warranty if the seller/vendor cannot even be contacted? Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of money if the product develops any defect. A HUGE THUMBS DOWN to Amazon and its so-called verified vendor for the lack of accountability and customer support.
