Love this cookware but pay attention to heating and cleaning instructions
Absolutely love this cookware. Following instructions for use carefully and haven't had a scrub a pot since. Anything that does stick a bit, I just heat some water in it and add a bit of salt and then swish around a paper towel with my silicone spoon and it's clean - but hardly ever need to do this. Be sure not to overheat as well - pay attention to the max amt of heat you should use and that also protects the non-stick qualities - I had to get used to cooking at a lower temp than I had before but got used to it. I bought some felt to put between pots for storage to protect the finish from small scratches and also take care to put it in a place in the drainer where sharp items won't scratch. Seems like a lot to protect them but these easy habits forms quickly and makes cooking/cleanup so much easier. Pots were a little pricey but so glad I got them - with proper care, I believe they will last a good long time and the ceramic coating seems to be one of the healthiest options for non-stick cookware. One caveat - you might want a different dedicated pot for cooking pasta that you could put on higher heat - takes a long time to heat up a large pot of water with the lower temp requirement for this series.

An excellent European-made saucepan
A nice little non-stick pot, ideal for small batches of sauces, soups, and oatmeal. This is my third Tramontina saucepan, and I’m impressed with their quality, especially considering the very reasonable price. While most cookware in this price range come out of the PRC- even name brands like Cuisinart- Tramontina pans come from Brazil and Italy, and that was a significant factor in my purchase. One minor complaint: I would have liked to see a vent in the lid.

Everyday use.
We like the fry pan as the size and depth is perfect. Not sticky and easy to clean.

So far I am very happy with this purchase.
I have only had this for a couple of months, but thus far I think this is a great value for the price (I use it 3 or so times per week). I looked for something similar for a long time. I finally settled on this as it seemed to have better reviews, generally and I thought it would meet my needs which includes NOT being made with PFOA's and other chemicals known to be toxic in other pans with non-stick coatings. Although it can be put in the dishwasher, there is no need to! Seriously. A few drops of dish soap some warm water and a piece of paper towel in cleans this in twenty seconds. In 30 seconds it is cleaned, rinsed and dried. Simply fantastic! It's nice to be able to write a good review about a product. :) If it continues to be this good, I am considering buying complete set. For those who might ask, why did I not give it 5 stars? 2 Reasons. I have not had it long enough to know how it stands up over time and I am stingy about giving 5 stars. Something has to be really, really and unquestionably amazing to get 5 stars.

THEY RIP YOU OFF WITH MISSING PARTS, AND THEN IGNORE YOU.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:These guys make great pots & pans but have horrible customer service, and considering how expensive they are we'll probably never purchase and of their products ever again. We've been buying one pot of pan a week for the last 5 weeks and the last product we purchased was their Covered 1.5 Quart Sauce Pot that comes with a glass lid. We received the pot but never received the lid and have made 2 separate attempts through Amazon to contact the manufacturer in regard the missing lid and we are just ignored by them.BASICALLY THEY'RE EXPENSIVE, RIP YOU OFF WITH MISSING PARTS, AND THEN IGNORE YOU.

Durable & Well-Made, Enamel Surface is Non-Stick, Cooks Evenly
I have two Tramontina cookware pieces and both are fantastic--I would highly recommend Tramontine Enamel cookware pieces without any reservations. The enamel surface is high quality and is truly a non-stick surface. I have been able to greatly reduce the use of oil when using this piece of cookware. The enamel also cleans-up well and requires little scrubbing. According to the care instructions, it can be washed in the dishwasher. I have tried this a few times to see if this claim was correct and it cleaned-up well; however, for the sake of the longevity I will normally be washing it by hand. Even after washing it in the dishwasher, the enamel surface remained non-stick.The packaging and marketing material is honestly written, as the piece is both designed and made in Italy.High quality alloys appear to have been used, and the rivets connecting the two handles to the body of the piece are very securely fashioned and well made. (If I had to wager, I doubt the handles will be coming loose.)One word of caution about caring for this piece... On the lid, in between the gasket and the rim of the lid it is possible for water to get behind the gasket. If you let the lit soak underwater or if you wash the lid in the dishwasher, be prepared to allow the lid to sit out to air-dry as so give ample time for the small amount of trapped water to evaporate.

Great performing cookware
I've had the cookware about a week now, and I couldn't be happier. To start with, it is a really great looking set of cookware. Very sexy.I followed the instructions to the letter for seasoning the pans, and cannot emphasize how impressed I am with the performance of the cookware.I've reduced my cooking temperatures by a third easily on the stovetop; I have an electric stove and so far have not moved the burners further than one notch past medium, and the pans perform fantastically. Great sear, and less mess on the stove. The cleanup is a breeze too, as I haven't had ANYTHING stick to the surface yet at all. You can literally wipe these down with a paper towel and they are clean as a whistle.Overall, for the value I can't think of how I could have been more impressed with this set of cookware. You do need to protect the finish when you're putting them away in the cupboard, but that's easy to take care of.I would buy this again in a second.
